Worst Hotel I've stayed in my life. Do not recommended it, specially considering the price. Positive: Large spacious rooms with amazing sea view Indoor and outdoor swimming pools SPA Negative: Air conditioner barely works in some rooms 2 times the water stopped, and on time I was in the shower fool of soap. It took 3p minutes for the water to come back Breakfast and Dinner have poor and repetitive choices, everything is soacked in oil. Everybody is smocking in the non smocking area, the waiters do nothing to stop that and they don't understand English anyway. It's full of small babies crying, a lot of noise, and the guy playing music in the evening only has 5 songs that he plays over and Iverson every night. There are lines for food, you have too wait for your oil socked french toast for 5 minutes. Cofee? 4 minutes. Lines everywhere. Noise. Smoke. Welcome to your 200 euro/day holiday.Enjoy your meal. NO DRINKS for dinner. Not even water. 5 stars hotel and you are not served WATER at dinner!!!! You have to pay for it or suffer of thirst. No water, no coffee, no juice, nothing. Shame on you!!! Food is not very good or diverse anyway, you could have at least gave us WATER!!!! No beach chairs included, you have to purchase a chair separately or sit on the sand. Not enough parking spaces. The best part about this holiday is the end, because I can leave this dreaded hotel behind and never come back!!!!

First time in Bulgaria and booked a surprise holiday for my sisters 60th birthday at Festa Pomorie Resort. Hotel located on seafront just step out of your apartment directly onto sandy beach and swim in Black Sea. Apartment suite spacious and spotlessly clean everything you needed in rooms. Kate at reception so helpful. Maria in restaurant looked after us so well always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend and will be back again Oona Ireland

I think one of the best hotels I have stayed in... everything was impeccable... the cleanliness, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff... truly a 4 star superior category in the heart of Burgas... I can't wait to come back

The perfect place to unwind, which is exactly what we had wanted to achieve. Absolutely immaculate in cleanliness. The pools were also extremely clean and the towel service invaluable. The hotels beach area could have been smartened up to match the quality of the rest of the hotel, but as it was always so windy there we opted to spend most of our relaxation time by the pools. We had no problem getting a sun lounger as we went out of school holiday season, but still in time to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was incredible! So much choice of good quality food to meet everyone's taste. Very well located near to the bus and train stations, with taxis running directly to and from the hotel. The hotel receptionist arranged for our luggage to be kept after checking out at midday as our flight was late on that day and organised our taxi to the airport that evening, leaving us to enjoy our last day by the pool. What a bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby for all tastes and budgets. The park was fun to visit on the Sunday as there were lots of people out with their families enjoying music, ice creams, a park run and more. The Spa looked incredible, but we didn't have time to use it.

We have very fond memories of our stay at the HI Hotels Imperial Resort. The hotel is located at the beginning of Sunny Beach, not far from Nessebar (a 25-minute walk), right by the sandy beach. The hotel itself leaves a positive impression and is comprised of three complexes. HOTEL / ROOMS (DeLuxe): - spacious rooms with balconies (sea and main pool views), carpeted floors, with elevator access to rooms, - rooms are equipped with LED TVs, a phone, and a safe (free of charge). - large and comfortable beds, - bathrooms are well-equipped with toiletries and clean, fragrant towels. - rooms are cleaned daily with towel replacement, - available iron, kettle, and ironing board (with deposit), - the hotel grounds are well signposted with directions to attractions, bars, etc, - there is a bus stop about 100 m from the hotel, allowing you to reach the city center, the airport, Burgas, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie. RESTAURANTS / CUISINE / BARS: - the hotel has two restaurants (All Inclusive+) and two à la carte restaurants, - daily themed dinners, e.g., Greek, Arabic, Mediterranean, - restaurants offer a variety of dishes; there's a wide selection of food (though it's a shame that people waste so much), - there is a children's food area, - delicious coffee, cappuccino, and chocolate from Segafredo coffee machines, - tasty cold drinks from vending machines (I recommend cherry juice), - a Lobby Bar with original cocktails is available, and you can order a custom drink, - poolside food and drink area: late breakfast, snacks, fruits, fries, burgers, donuts, waffles, ice cream, drinks, etc, - all dining areas are well-maintained and clean, IMPORTANT: When you check out, your All Inclusive wristband is left so you can enjoy your food.
