The hotel let us enjoy the swimming pool while we waited for check-in to open. 4 p.m. is a little late, but let's face it. The check-in which lasted literally 1 hour and which was carried out by a very unpleasant hostess who gave us an apar**ent at the other end of the complex even though there were free ones closer. When we were finally able to settle down, our belongings unpacked, we wanted to turn on the air conditioning. However, the air conditioning did not work. A maintenance worker was dispatched 30 minutes later. The latter couldn't do anything and left us stranded there. After several calls, the reception told us to come back to collect the keys to another room. Still waiting. No excuses, no commercial gesture when we had a baby who couldn't sleep since we had to move rooms. No explanation on the location of the 2nd bedroom. Finally, once settled in again, we were able to fully enjoy this hotel. Located 10 minutes by car from villages with shops and restaurants. Fortunately because on site no catering is possible in the evening. Very unpleasant waiters at the club house.
In short, fortunately the hotel has a swimming pool and the apar**ents are large because without that I would strongly advise against this place.

Camere buone e pulite. Il ristorante però non esiste contrariamente a quanto si potrebbe pensare leggendo il sito. Pochissimi piatti a mezzogiorno e chiuso la sera ! ( chiuso !). Inaccettabile per la struttura che si trova anche in un luogo poco ricco di attività di ristorazione nelle vicinanze . Almeno correggete il sito perché è fuorviante . La reception presenta signorine molto professionali ma al contempo molto impostate e rigide , qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe. Se nel l’assenza di ristorante vi venisse voglia di uno Spriz evitate a meno che non vogliate spendere 9 euro ! Infine 10 euro a notte per il cane ( lo sapevo … ma non smetto di trovarlo alquanto assurdo). Insomma la struttura promette bene e non costa certo poco ma a conti fatti non merita le 4 stelle ( parlo dell’albergo dove sono stato e non delle case vacanze).

Quiet location, road to reach it narrow and steep. The rest NOT up to a 4 star rating. The check-in time at 4pm (SIXTEEN) is extremely inconvenient and wastes an entire day of vacation. MAINTENANCE: today the room had small problems which indicated a lack of interventions. Small faults - promptly reported - were not fixed. The technician saw it, but never returned. CLEANING: could be improved. Bathroom equipment a little too basic. STAFF: courteous, but unorganized and left a little too much to themselves. On several occasions, two or three of them gathered together to complain among colleagues, regardless of the customers present. The bag with the dirty laundry remained in the corridor on the floor for a day. The same thing had happened the day before with the cleaning cart. I wouldn't have sacrificed the entire wellness center at the exhibition on the history of the bicycle

No French TV channels General cleanliness of the room and the terrace very poor upon our arrival. Gym on a patio. 6 outdated machines in direct sunlight, dusty and unmaintained. Swimming pool: dirty water, dirty contours, unmaintained terraces. Dogs allowed at the latter: barking….. Location of the hotel: at the top of a hill surrounded by winding roads. To access it slopes of 20%. Obligation to use your vehicle because it is very dangerous to travel on foot (very narrow roads and no sidewalk). It takes around 10 to 15 minutes to get to the first supermarket by vehicle. To conclude, very poorly maintained hotel, a pile of overflowing trash bins visible outside. What an ugly place, which only has a resort in name. Lost after a winding road 15 minutes from the beaches. No reception, we bark at you that check-in is at 4 p.m. It seems that eating at the reception is normal for receiving GUESTS. Junior suite ugly and dirty. Stains on the balcony table. And dirt in the corners. Old and noisy air conditioning if you want to sleep it's a failure, overlooking the golf course and highway parking. Very small shower cabin.
