Se puede definir en una palabra: "Estafa". La realidad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en los diversos portales de reservas. Te cobran por adelantado el importe total de la reserva cuando ya saben que no podrás alojarte porque se ha roto la tubería de suministro de agua. Te dicen que ya puedes regresar y no tienen agua caliente, la presión del agua es mínima, no funciona el WiFi ni la Televisión. No hay aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes. Nada que ver con lo contratado. Conseguir que nos devolviesen el dinero nos llevó 60 días de llamadas diarias, correos sin contestar, denuncias en la Oficina de Turismo, en el "Better Business Bureau", en el Ayuntamiento de Ponce, en la oficina de defensa del consumidor... Un autentico calvario. Ni se les ocurra reservar en este hotel, aunque la ubicación es excelente la experiencia fue desastrosa.

Lovely place but room smelled of mold and no windows. Lots of effort into the a**osphere but not a lot of emphasis on the condition of the rooms. Lots of potential in beautiful area. parking isn't easy either.

I was very sad with the fact that the cable TV was not working. I was never able to use the WIFI and the worst part was the shower head was not working properly, no water pressure and NO HOT WATER to take a shower.

The common areas were like the photos but the room itself was not great. The tv was not working as the staff advised the y were having troubles with the channels. The air and heat system was not working. And it was freezing throughout the night. I asked for a blanket and there was only a thin sheet that they could provide. The bed was also shaking and I saw the wood underneath was close to falling apart. It was previously taped but still a bit unstable. Also the water pressure was basically just dripping. Overall for one night it was decent but would not recommend for more than a night..

Would you stay in a hotel that knowingly does not offer hot water? When you arrive they inform you that a pipe has broken and there is no running water? In a hotel whose wifi does not work in the rooms? Where the TV doesn't work? That smells musty and there is no air conditioning in the common areas? That you can't sleep because the noise of music at night makes it impossible? Would you stay in a hotel that, faced with these problems, promises a refund for a service that was charged in advance, knowing that it could not provide quality service for the price they charge? That took 60 days to make the promised refund and thanks to my constant insistence and pressure from external government entities? Well, think carefully before making a big mistake! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The room we stayed in the tv wasn’t working at all. Barely any hot water. So be prepared to shower in cold water. Paint all over the carpet
