Aunque el trato de los trabajadores es excelente, el cuarto luce descuidado, el matre de la cama estaba en malísimas condiciones, no había agua caliente y el teléfono del cuarto no funciona. La alfombra emanaba un olor terrible.

We knew rooms had no windows, but finding out after checking in that no room has TV either. That is REALLY BAD!!! Hotel modern decorations are nice but going to the room without windows and finding out that TV’s don’t work is really frustrating.

Awful experience. Dirty facilities and bad customer service. 1) I booked because of an offer they launched for the month of May. They charged me more than what it was and did not comply with the offer's features. They refused to refund the excess charges. 2) The lobby's carpet was dirty all throughout our stay. 3) We sat in the cafe for lunch and after 10 minutes without anyone coming to the table (although they saw us sit down) we had to go somewhere else. 4) The a/c in the room stopped working, I called the front desk for them to send someone to fix it. Nobody ever came. We were hot for over an hour until the air miraculously cooled down again. 5) The bathtub was dirty and its door did not close properly. 6) There were USED toilet papers under the bed. 7) The iron was damaged and dirty. I could not adjust its temperature because the button was broken. It ruined my shirt upon contact. Obviously, they didn't care or do anything when I went to the front desk to report what happened. 8) I tried to contact management on 3 occasions to resolve all this without leaving a bad review and they completely ignored me. Not only do they lack professionalism, they don't care about the reputation of the brand.

Hotel no tenían agua caliente, no pudieron resolver el inconveniente durante la estancia, también presentaba un fuerte olor a humedad y polvo en las facilidades, no prestan mucha atención al recibirnos. No recomendado.

El personal fue poco atento y diligente. Tanto así que, no vinieron a limpiar la habitación. La habitación no contaba con agua caliente. Tampoco, tenía disponibilidad de toallas. El área estuvo sumamente ruidosa y con olor a humedad. Realmente, fue una experiencia pésima de principio a fin. Desde el primer contacto con el personal hasta el último.
