Very nice hotel, the front desk is very friendly, the room is also very clean, and the hot water is sufficient. It's just that the air conditioner is too cold, and it's a bit cold at night.

Good morning. I ended the stay. Only the elevator was a bit slow or the demand for them was too big. The service to enter the room was good. I found clean sheets and clean trash bins. Respect for personal items. Excellent lobby and Hard Rock Cafe food and music except for the pool The suggestion should be for children, such as swings, some chorreras with entertainment will be the perfect playground. Stayed at this hotel to celebrate a family member’s 90 th birthday.
Hotel has curb appeal. Lobby was very nice. The staff was very accommodating. Maintenance help was available in a timely fashion. Breakfast package was mediocre. The Nook provided Spanish food but not Caribbean flavor. Overall, I rate this a Hotel a 4. Served the purpose of our visit. Enjoyed our stay with other family members.

Not a bad hotel! I just think a string of things, didn’t go that well for us this time. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, both nights there was terrible noise both from the music in the lobby, the rooms next door to us, and from the outside. Might just have been a poor idea to book this hotel, if you expected it to be quiet, so maybe I should go elsewhere next time. But the noise was a little extreme, even for that. TV mostly didn’t work, except for a few useless TV channels, gym was closed for renovations, and some of the soaps in the room were missing. It was someone else’s name, on the “welcome” screen on the TV, and though I never said anything, I’m also pretty sure the room got downgraded, as I had booked one with balcony, and didn’t get that, but instead got a handicap room without. All in all, nothing that would kill me, but when that many things aren’t great it does start to bother you a little.

Views was perfect ! Freezing in the hotel, WiFi doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, a lot of construction noise in the am couldn’t sleep, food at the hard rock wasn’t good, not a lot of English speaking
