Oceanfront Getaway!! Relaxing Condo on the No-Drive Beach15% Discount Thru June

This was our second time staying in this unit with Harry and it is a lovely unit! There are two comfortable twins in the front bedroom and a firm king in the master. The kitchen has just about everything you could ask for- just a hint that drawer under the oven is where the baking pans are stored! (Took me just a minute to find them!) There’s a great stash of beach/pool toys in the laundry closet, including 2 tall beach chairs and an umbrella! This unit is truly wonderful, so I feel silly listing anything to change, but these were just things I found myself thinking in between the pool and ocean trips.There are only three things I’d recommend:1. The trashcan is in a cabinet next to the oven. It’s in a slider but it’s a tight fit when you’re trying to throw things away. I would suggest one next to the coffee station maybe- that would give some more storage next to the oven for pans etc. 2. The unit gets a little warm at night. The master has a standing fan that helps a lot but the guest bedroom gets quite stuffy and has no fan. Adding one like the other bedroom would be very helpful! 3. Last thing feels silly, but we love playing games and doing puzzles and there isn’t a coffee table where we could set one up. Looking at pictures, it looks like there used to be one at one time.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. This condo has lots of extra surprises. The welcome kit was a nice touch. The condo was super clean and had tons of parking even sheltered. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and noodles were supplied. King bed was super comfortable with tons of pillows. We don't drink coffee but there was coffee supplied. First time in a long time that we didn't have to go to Walmart and stock up on toiletries. You had everything we could imagine. Thanks again.

Harry was a great host. Always available, usually within minutes of me reaching out. The condo was very well equipped, and everything was clean. The view was amazing with direct vantage point of the ocean front. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Harry!

Beachfront property on a no drive beach. Condo had everything that you need plus beach chairs and umbrella. Clean unit that included washer and dryer and covered parking.

The condo was very clean & we loved the decor. We had a wonderful time & always enjoy staying at Southpoint!

Family beach trip We head to Daytona Beach every year for an extended family vacation. We were not able to get our “usual”Room but I’m so glad we rented this unit! The condo is just as the pictures show- clean, comfortable, and cute! The kitchen has just about everything you need (toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot/keurig combo, and so much more!) and it is in great condition. The microwave was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that are comfortable with a dresser large enough to store all your things. (There is no TV in this room in case it matters to you.) The guest bath next door has a shower/tub combo making it easy to relax your own way. The primary bedroom has a large, comfortable king bed, a great dresser and closet, and a lovely shower. All the linens looked brand new. The views from the primary bedroom and balcony are nothing short of breathtaking.

Wonderful condo & location Condo had everything we needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. Short drive to everything and location right on the beach was perfect for sunrises and view from walkway at the front door was perfect for sunsets. Would stay again!

Relaxing vacation My husband and I have rented condos here for several years. This unit was one of the best we have stayed in. The unit was spotless, provided us with everything we need for our stay and was a perfect location. Morning coffee watching the sunrise on the balcony and long walks on the beach couldn’t be better. We will definitely choose this unit next time we visit.
