"Very troublesome and not friendly for international/English-speaking travellers. You have to download their App to live there. But the App language is Indonesian by default. Hard to change the App language and communicate with their WhatsApp support as they keep speaking Indonesian though I've told them many times I don't speak their language at all... Have to give up on them and live somewhere else. Totally waste of time and money."
Altiz Apartments at Bintaro by OkeStay
"Room facilities: sheets, sheets, sheets have been torn a little, air conditioner is not cold (it seems to have to be cleaned) lack of maintenance. the facilities supplies are quite adequate and complete, such as refrigerators, tvs, microvawe, cooking utensils, plates, etc. Strategic location"
King Stone Hotel
"I was not expecting much as this was the cheapest place to stay near bintaro plaza and pondok ranji station, but even with my low expectations I cannot say many good things The first priority, my door could not be closed fully and therefore not locked. This needs to be fixed urgently, it is a matter of the privacy and safety of the guests. Simply cutting or sanding the bottom of the door should fix this. Other matters: my toilet did not have a lid on the cistern. Not all rooms have windows despite this being written on the advertisement. The AC is simply a vent that pumps fresh air into the room, which does help with the dustiness, but you cannot control the temperature. It's fine for a cheap 1 night stay if you really need to be in this area but I would not recommend staying here longer."
