Este hotel esta sobrevalorado. Es caro para la calidad del servicio y el tamaño de las habitaciones. Más que un hotel de 4estrellas, con 3 estrellas ya estaría bien.
Además, llegamos al hotel a las 13:00, cansados de un largo viaje, y hasta las 15:00 no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación, xq no estaba limpia...

Midden de stad is dit een goed hotel, vriendelijke ontvangst, goed bed, bad ( wel beetje onpraktisch om in en uit te stappen)stille kamers , geen straatgeluiden. Lekker gevarieerd ontbijt, voldoende aanbod , hartig en zoet, ook donker brood verkrijgbaar.

My preference is a shower vs a bath tub. Getting out of the tub is tricky when it is wet because you have to step over the walls of tub. The breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet. Only 5 to 10 minutes to train station.

Hotel moderno con garage e reparto fitness. In pieno centro. Stanza piccole , ma pulite. Personale preparato e disponibile. Ampio ristorante e sala colazioni. Prezzi adeguati per il luogo. La mia singola era davvero piccola e dava sul cortile.

Hola, estoy alojada en este momento. El hotel está limpio y es agradable. Solo son los detalles lo que dan encanto a las habitaciones. No hay cajone donde guardar cosas pequeñas. 4 perchas para 2 personas. En el baño no ha sito donde poder dejar las cosas, etc. lo peor para mi lo peor es la silicona del baño, no es muy agradable

Reservé 2 habitaciones para una noche en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno con mi familia. Está situado a unos 500 metros a pie de la fortaleza templaria de Ponferrada y cerca hay un parking público en el que dejar el coche (toda la zona de aparcamiento es zona azul). Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, el gran ventanal de una de las habitaciones con vistas a la ciudad, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas y el desayuno tipo buffet: con cafés e infusiones, zumo de naranja natural, cereales, bollería, tostadas, frutas, embutidos.... El minibar estaba completamente vacío, aunque te dejan 2 botellas de agua de cortesía y en mi habitación el vidé y el retrete están al lado de la bañera, que tiene una mampara para entrar...lo que complica la cosa al estar las 3 piezas tan pegadas.
