Chambre réservée sur trip.com, nous devions avoir un lit Queen size, hors nous avions un lit 140x190.
Douche sans savon, les 2 distributeurs (lavabo et douce) étaient vides.... Pas de porte de douche, pas de tapis de bain donc de l eau partout, risque de glissade en sortant.
Toiles d araignée à l extérieur quand on regarde par la fenêtre.
3ème étage SANS ascenseur alors que sur le site, il disait en posséder un...
Grosse trace de calcaire dans les WC, très désagréable pour les yeux.
Manque d entretien...

Überaschend guter Standpunkt. Einkaufsladen und Bar zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Sauber und freundlicher Frühstücksdienst. Für die Ausstattung 4 Smileys, da ein Haken im Bad nicht befestigt war.

Ik heb een grote klacht in verband met overnachting op dinsdag 14/9/2021.
Toen we in het hotel aankwamen was er geen kamer meer beschikbaar.
We hadden wel bevestiging gekregen en verschuldigd bedrag betaald.
Er was niemand meer aanwezig en we hebben niet kunnen overnachten in een kamer.
De ochtend nadien wist de dame in het hotel me te vermelden dat ze t geld niet ontvangen hadden.
Verder geen enkele verontschuldiging.
Toen we vroegen of we even naar het toilet mochten werd dit zowaar geweigerd.
Vandaar dit ik niet te spreken over Enzo hotel Pont-à-Mousson en Trip.com.

Le personnel est à l'écoute ,et disponible.J'ai eu un soucis a mon arrive en pleine nuit,pas de surprise j'ai été provenu par mail des horaires .J'ai du composer le numéro d'urgence.Une très charmante dame ma répondu et ouvert la porte pour m’accueillir.

Pour le prix plus que correct , .super moment entre amis .Personnel très gentille nous avions commandé Des pizzas Le livreur est arrivé avec un peu de retard La dame de la réception tout en gardant le sourire est restée à travailler une heure de plus. Très rare et très appréciable

Mon sejour c'est tres bien passé Un tres bon rapport qualité prix je n'hésiterai pas à le conseiller.le personnel est disponible et serviable. Tant qu'au Petit déjeuner il est frais et varié et pour pas trop cher 8e je reviendrais a mon retour

J’ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double et un petit déjeuner.
Sur place deux lits une personne et le petit déjeuner à partir de 7h donc pas possible et sans remboursement.
L’eau des toilettes a coulé toute la nuit.
La douche est bouchée. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre mais un distributeur de café à 2€. Plus cher que sur les autoroutes.
Quelle mauvaise nuit. Sans retour pour ma part.
