Good hotel, clean, organized, quick check in and out. Negative, curtain in room 202 did not close completely, allowing outside light to enter, No breakfast included in the reservation, because we left at around 6:30 in the morning to catch a flight, even though we had been there the day before so it was exceptional see you sooner

Very pleasant hotel in São Miguel to spend a night, with a peaceful and calm a**osphere. Good breakfast, with quality Azorean products. Good quality/price ratio. (Stay 24th to 25th February 2017)

The location was good if you like to be in the city. Parking is a bit tough. Nights can be noisy if facing the street. No tea of coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was crazy and cramped and not many choices. It took forever trying to get food. We would not stay here again.

I was there from February 9th to February 12th and I can only say good things about my/our stay at this Hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff, free private parking, in the city center. An excellent breakfast. Anyway, everything went well. One day who knows, when I return I'll know where to stay.
