Back room with no view and it felt like one of the worst. Will not repeat. I know it was just one night, but it could have been better.

The lobby was very nice, rooms are very ssmall and needed some upgrade, toilet looked and felt like it was about to fall off the wall. Breakfast was always the same the 4 days we stayed.other than that it was a quiet and peaceful stay

To be honest , this is very bad experience for us choosing this hotel this time. we order two room as we take three kids. The 1st arrival date that my boy show me the dirty towel in his room , then I have complained to reception accordingly. However, the next day when we returned to hotel , they change to another even more disgusting towel with blood in my boy 's room ! Moreover, no one clean our room ! I send mail to them but get no answer.
I do think they have so worse service and bad condition. we will never choose this hotel!
