Really nice house. The front desk was very nice. They helped me store my luggage. The room was very big and it was enough for me to live alone. If two people live together, it is more cost-effective. I recommend everyone to stay here

We verbleven er een hele week als uitvalsbasis voor een groepsreis op Sao Miguel. Perfect gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Ponta Delgada. Propere, praktische kamers, elke dag pico bello schoongemaakt (met dank aan de kamermeisjes). Gezellig kleinschalig buffet restaurant. Ontbijt bood al het nodige. Avondbuffet zeer lekker en gevarieerd. Elke dag andere, lekker klaargemaakte schotels (vis, vlees, groenten, aardappelbereidingen, rijst...) Felicitaties aan de kok. Personeel is steeds vriendelijk, gedienstig, attent en professioneel. Aangename gezellige huiselijke sfeer. Dit 3 sterren hotel is zeker 4 sterren waard !!!

Localização do hotel muito boa, pequeno almoço bom. Limpeza do quarto muito bom. Gostei do parque de estacionamento do hotel, muita segurança. Achei que o preço do almoço e jantar era um pouco caro. Não usei a piscina mas pareceu-me muito limpa e uma zona agradável. Os empregados muito simpáticos e prestaveis. No geral foi uma boa semana

The room was good and made better with view to old fort and dock. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the bar area was welcoming and useful as I had a late check in. All the above was undone by a sub- standard breakfast, surprisingly because Portuguese usually excel in this area- the toaster malfunctioned daily, the cordial was so watered down, simple water would have been better, the homemade pastéis de nata were an embarrassment. The hotel was full of French and other European guests and I’m sorry we showed them such low standards. On the positive side: the location is very convenient.

The check-in was great and the desk clerk was very thorough and informative. The complimentary drink as well as the welcome note in my room was very nice! The view from my window was beautiful and the room was quite comfortable. I would readily stay here again! TAHNK YOU!

Quarto confortável e limpo, tudo está imaculadamente limpo, o quarto é simples e discreto, os colaboradores são atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Hôtel un peu vieillot ,baignoire avec un rideau, il aurait vraiment besoin d'un bon coup de réfection Par contre grande chambre et rien à redire sur la propreté Petit déjeuner convenable ,par contre fuyez le repas du soir ,très peu de choix et le prix élevé ( 26 euros par personne) Certains restaurants moins chers et nourriture meilleure en ville Il est annoncé un coffre-fort dans les chambres ,mais celui-ci est payant Passage régulier des avions à faible altitude Bien situé
