I been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown!
I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants!
I will come back to stay here again, obrigada

I was put here after my flight was canceled by the airline. I am incredibly impressed with this hotel. breakfast is either included with reservation or can be added for 12 euro I believe. very clean, very friendly staff, private bathroom, and in the most central part of town

Lives up to its name as Neat. The place is well-kept. The 5 days that I stayed there I was comfortable. The location is convenient (centrally located). The staff were all very nice, accomodating and efficient. I appreciate that that they would speak with me in English and I felt comfortable that they would try and explain things to me in English (I dont understand or speak Portugues or Spanish). They have very nice front-desk and receptionist personnels working there. They were able to accomodate me with early check-in when they were able (even when I e-mailed them beforehand and ask for early check-in and they answered that this is unavailable as they were full booked). If you choose to have a bit more comfort/luxury/space for your room, you have to pay a little bit more. You can hear noises from outside and the doors make a loud nose when you close/open them. You would hear the people from the other room as well if they're too loud. Overall Neat Hotel left me with a good experience. I would stay here agai

I had asked the front desk if they could give me a price for early check in without the breakfast, the answer was NO. No flexability on the front desk part even though I know as a frequent traveller there is ALWAYS room for flexability if the hotel is not fully booked. I get that they wanted to make maximum amount of money, but I find it really POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when I know the hotel was not full. I will never ever stay here again and your customer service agent just ignored me. I asked her twice, I'm diabetic have medical conditions and found the service to be not up to par of your other hotels, I've stayed at the Marina Atlantico. Yes, you pay more money but still the service should be the same. Very disappointed. Jenny
