Helpful staff, great location, very clean, internet works well, comfortable seat, bed and desk. The breakfast was quite good.
Only around 10 minutes by taxi to the airport.

A decent hotel, including breakfast and dinner, is also decent, so you don't need to pay attention to traveling outside. The parking lot outside the hotel is free at night and charged during the day, but it is just right to go out during the day and come back at night. I don't know if it's Ctrip's problem or the store's problem. The hotel on the last day was temporarily replaced by this one. Disputes were dealt with calmly.

Hotel Ponta Delgada provided a comfortable base for our week of exploring São Miguel. Situated not far from the airport and within a walkable distance from the town centre, bus stops, harbour, gorgeous botanic gardens, etc. The hotel felt welcoming (I liked their rather apt blue-green mosaic in a lobby; also fresh juicy apples on offer there were a nice touch); our room (with a balcony) was clean, with very good quality beds. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty; great opportunity to enjoy local cheese and traditional bread Bolo lêvedo. For later refreshment there is also a bar (with friendly barmen). Next door to the hotel is the restaurant O Baco, where we enjoyed seven – in all aspects outstanding - dinners! My thanks go to helpful staff at the hotel reception, who were ready to assist with any question, and lovely lady Ana (always good-humoured and smiley), who cleaned our room.

Hotel bem situado, perto centro, staff muito simpático e quarto muito bom. Limpeza nada a apontar . Pequeno almoço excelente ( aqueles bolos levedos 😋). Piscina e jacuzzi muito agradáveis. Recomendo e quando voltar será novamente o nosso hotel.

Personnel de l'accueil très gentil et à l'écoute. Boisson d'accueil. Hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du coeur de Ponta Delgada. Aéroport à proximité, 30 minutes à pied =＞ idéal pour personnes n'ayant pas de véhicule. Bouilloire avec thé et tisane dans la chambre.
