The room was extremely dirty and in the morning we woke up with bed bugs in the bed. We were bitten all over our bodies and had itching for two weeks. Disgusting. They said there was an infestation and that they couldn’t get rid of it (the receptionist mentioned that there had already been at least six complaints before ours). They refunded the room, but didn’t offer anything extra for the inconvenience. Stay away, high risk of infection.

Muito bom. Quarto limpo e asseado. Boa localização. Staff simpático. Com possibilidade de cozinha no 3 andar. Quartos espaçoso e bem insonorizados, apesar de ser uma rua movimentada. Recomendo. Nenhuma complicação de adicionar cama extra e berço..

Perfetto per chi viaggia al risparmio, pulitissimo, rifanno la stanza ogni mattina. All'ultimo piano c'è una sala molto grande per chi vuole prepararsi da mangiare. La posizione è ottima. Se tornassi alle Azzorre andrei di nuovo lì.

The hotel is located in the city center, next to the wonderful Graça market, the University of Azores, etc. The spacious rooms, are very very clean, bright and the best, the views of the dining room and especially the welcoming staff. Joana helps you in everything and more. Do not hesitate in asking them, they are soooo helpful and nice. Wonderful stay. Muito obrigada, Hotel Thomas!

Para quem precisa de local para apenas dormir é excelente. Relação qualidade preço é muito boa. Bom atendimento, muito simpáticas. Serviço de limpeza 5 estrelas. É pena a questão de parqueamento... Ruas muito estreitas😱😱 Mas muito bem localizado. 😍😍
