Small but complete, overall good

The space needs renovation. However, the service is very efficient: friendly and available.

Very very nice and courteous staff. Great breakfast. Excellent cleaning of all parts of the hotel. Definitely to be recommended for a peaceful stay

We came back here for the second time, we had as good a time as ever!! the staff is always at the top of kindness, always with a smile and ready to give you advice on everything. They have renovated the hotel a bit, gaining points in favor, the breakfast room is larger, good breakfast, the lady at the reception, since we returned, assigned us a suite at the price of the normal room, wonderful!!! Then one day it was my wife's birthday and Mrs. Teresa at the reception noticed it when we checked in, and on the morning of her birthday she gave her a surprise, giving her a little golden box with some chocolates inside, a beautiful gesture. It is much appreciated!! the hotel is central, clean, with large free private parking, downstairs there is a bakery that opens at 10pm, everything is delicious, the smell of bread and sweets at all hours.....Hotel absolutely recommended , especially for the kindness of all the staff who work there!!!

Well located residence with parking, these are the pluses, everything else is very weak, the rooms clearly need work, the bathroom does not have a hairdryer, a basic thing these days and the breakfast is very basic .

Why good service should be rewarded: I accompanied a person with a health problem who had been registered through insurance to a nearby establishment and we had problems obtaining the codes to enter that establishment. The reception at the Sete Cidades hotel was of great help without having anything to do with the matter and, without a doubt, next time, I will advise and stay at the Sete Cidades hotel. We only stayed one night in a suite at this hotel due to flight cancellation, so we booked on the fly. The property is located near the botanical garden, in a fairly quiet area, from what we found. The room was spacious and included a large balcony overlooking the main street. The furnishings are a bit bare, but since we are only sleeping there I don't think it's essential. Complete breakfast with everything and friendly and friendly staff.

Lo primero de todo es que tenenos que tener en cuenta que es una residencia, no un hotel de 3 o mas estrellas, por lo que está claro que no encontraremos ningun lujo. Partiendobde esta base, todo el edificio es muy antiguo excepto la planta baja con la recepción y la zona de desayuno. Las tuberias hacen un ruido espantoso, por la noche parece que estés durmiendo en un avion. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son las peores, por la noche hay mucho ruido. Nosotros, después de tres noches sin poder dormir, nos quejamos y nos cambiaron a una habitación interior, y podimos dormir de lujo. Lo bueno es que tiene párking gratis para los clientes. El desayuno de la mañana es muy básico, pero lo normal para un hotel de esta categoría, no hace falta más. Finalmente, lo mejor es el servicio, un 11 de 10. En todo momento están atentos y te hacen sentir como en casa. A nosotros nos cambiaron de habitación, cada mañana nos traían nuestra propia leche sin lactosa, hablábamos un rato al llegar después de cenar e, incluso, un día nos ayudaron a pedir comida a domicilio. Solo por esto, vale la pena ir, eso si, si podéis, pedid habitación con vistas al aparcamiento. Emilia, gracias por un excelente trato, eres lo mejor que tiene el hotel.
