Hotel con cualificación 4estrellas en el centro de Ponta Delgada. Lo bueno es la ubicación. El hotel está bastante anticuado, bien cuidado pero anticuado. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, los colchones son algo incómodos y las almohadas horribles. La habitación es muy ruidosa, entre el ruido del aire acondicionado, el ruido de la nevera y que nuestra habitación daba a una zona de motores de otros aires, la noche era de todo menos tranquila.
El personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción. El buffet del desayuno con poca variedad pero el personal muy atento atento a que todo estuviera siempre completo.
En general la experiencia no ha sido mala, pero hemos estado en otros hoteles de 4 estrellas en Ponta Delgada que han estado mejor.

El hotel regular . La limpieza y desayuno ok , el personal bien pero, necesite ayuda porque estaba en peligro y cuando llamé para que me mandasen un taxi , la recepcionista me dijo que no podía. Me comentó q llamará a la policía, que , ya lo había hecho 5 veces y sin contestación. La isla no es segura . Eso deben advertirlo. Por suerte todo kedo en susto , ya q apareció un taxi y pude cogerlo. Decir que esa señora recepcionista es una inhumana

This hotel is very well located for exloring the island. Staff was helpful and the included breakfast was good. Bed was quite firm and lumpy. I placed an extra blanket underneath the sheet and it was much more comfortable. Pillows were lumpy, too. The room smelled a bit musty, but was clean. In our room, the shower was in a bathtub that required a high step to enter. Not sure if all the rooms are the same, but that could be an issue for some.

No limite inferior de 4 estreias é no entanto uma excelente escolha par quem quer conhecer Ponta Delgada e São Miguel (passasr pouco tempo dentro do hotel), ois extremamente bem situado na cidade. O ambiente clássico de um hotel antigo, cabalmente restaurado e remodelado, prima pela limpeza. O paqueno almoço é aceitável. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestáveis. Tem um salão comfortável para receber amigos que venham nos visitar ou nos tomar para um passeio.
