Ficamos 5 dias/4noites neste hostel, num quarto privado com cozinha e a experiência foi muito boa. As fotos correspondem à realidade, o pequeno almoço é variado e as pessoas que lá trabalham são muito prestáveis. O quarto em si tinha por vezes um cheiro forte (que penso vir dos canos), mas mantinha-mos as janelas abertas durante todo o dia. O mini "frigorífico" do quarto também não refrescava muito bem. Só por estes dois fatores é que dou um 8 em 10 à nossa experiência. Ainda assim considero um ótimo alojamento na qualiade/preço bem no centro de Ponta Delgada.

What a lovely place to stay in central Ponta Delgada. We had a lovely big and airy room with a terrace. It was modern and very clean. We received the warmest of welcomes from the staff who were happy to give recommendations about places to eat. Very highly recommended, we hope to return.

Perfect location in the old time. Well managed and it is a secured, clean, warm and welcoming environment. Patricia and her entire team are always available to take care of your needs with pleasure great smile. Good breakfast. I would recommend for people who would like to stay in a place feeling like their home.

La limpieza, el desayuno, la habitación... Todo está cuidado hasta el último detalle. No obstante, lo mejor es el personal. Te reciben con una sonrisa y están dispuestas a ayudarte en todo. Mi mención especial a Patricia Silva es un ser de luz. Te deseo lo mejor.

Een mooi verblijfadres in het centrum. Het hotel is gevestigd in een gerenoveerd pand. Een vriendelijke warme ontvangst. Mooie grote piekfijn onderhouden kamers en geriefelijke badkamer. De twee dames die dit verblijfadres uitbaten zijn zeer klantvriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen en dit vanuit een oprechte interesse om hun klanten een leuk verblijf te bezorgen. Het ontbijt is perfect met verse producten. Een hotel die ik aan iedereen kan aanbevelen.

Un ostello che meriterebbe di esser chiamato hotel. Molto bello, nuovo, tanta attenzione ai dettagli e tanti sorrisi! I letto sono disposti in un ottimo modo, e le camere sono silenziose. La colazione è gratuita e ben fornita. Se un giorno tornassi alle Azzorre, spero di trovare un letto libero qui!

Wat een fantastische hotel, mooie grote en schone kamers, fijne badkamer, kastruimte en heerlijk ontbijt. Een compliment voor de dames die hier voor zorgen, ook de dames achter de desk. Zoveel oprechte vriendelijkheid kom je niet overal tegen. De locatie is uitstekend, op een paar min lopen van de restaurants en winkels.
