Ibis Pontarlier Reviews

We chose this hotel for a weekend trip to Pontarlier. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a modern bathroom. We didn't use them, but there's a sauna and a gym available. They also sell local products. The staff was very friendly. The price was a bit high, but we would happily return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at your hotel. The room was clean and functional, and we were very satisfied with the overall environment and the staff. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. We do have a few suggestions for improvement: the bedding, especially the pillows, was a bit soft, and the omelet and sausages at breakfast were cold. Overall, we had a pleasant time and thank you for your hospitality.

Upon arrival, the staff were smiling, welcoming and friendly, ready to satisfy your request. The room was clean, it lacked nothing, the breakfast was good and the staff who were there lived up to our expectations. The parking was easy and secure, and the general setting was relaxing and stress-free. We will return there if we have the opportunity.

The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately speak little or no English, so it would be good to be able to speak French. The rooms are OK, as always at an Ibis. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very loud and gurgling. The hotel is located in an industrial area, which has the advantage of being easily accessible by car and there are plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, this means it's a long way from the center (about a 20-25 minute walk). There are a few shops and snack bars near the hotel, and you can eat in the hotel itself in the evening. I had dinner there once and it was very good. The breakfast is quite modest, but I didn't expect much more.

Un manque de personnel pour assurer à la fois la réception, le service et les encaissements. Eh oui, une seule personne alors que l'hôtel était complet. Elle a assuré, mais fallait faire preuve de patience...

Hôtel calme, très propre et bien tenu. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux bien présenté et de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable et a l'ecoute des clients Nous recommandons cet hotel

Nous avons été très bien reçu par le personnel. L’hôtel est chaleureux et le service de qualité ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Hôtel agréable au 1er abord. Ensuite lavabo bouché, toilette qui ne se vide pas. Déjeuner catastrophique . Une seule machine à café il faut attendre des heures pour boire un thé et au final pas de boule à thé . Plateaux vides jamais remplis . Énorme déception.

Accueil agréable, le personnel vraiment chaleureux et disponible. L'équipe du soir notamment avec ludovic et Virgil, ainsi que la cuisinière ont participé à une bonne soirée ! Nous avons bien mangé c'était délicieux, je recommande le restaurant !

Ein weiteres Doppel-Ibis mit ibis Budget und ibis beinahe in einem Gebäude. Direkt nebenan ist ein großer Intermarché, die Gegend könnte hübscher sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein für ein ibis. Das Bad ist eine bessere Nasszelle. Es gibt keine Steckdosen außerhalb des Badezimmers, was ich unkomfortabel fand. Ein Aufzug führt zur Rezeption, die sich in Bar und Restaurant fortsetzt. Der Parkplatz ist logischerweise groß. Das Personal war freundlich. Hinter dem Intermarché gibt's noch ein Marie Blachere, allerdings ohne Sitzgelegenheit.

Die Zimmer war ok. Leider waren die Lüftungsschächte direkt unterhalb der Fenster, deshalb die ganze Nacht Lärm. Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur nach Nachfrage zögerlich etwas nachgefüllt. Bereits im 8:30 kein Brot und keine Müesli mehr. Tassen für Kaffee mussten auch erst nachgefragt werden, obwohl drei Personen beim Buffet standen. Trotz preiswerten Zimmern erwarte ich etwas Brot beim Frühstück.
