I have been robbed at the parking of this hotel yesterday! Don't go there! A man (he was with another man) stole my backpack with all of my documents: passport, ID, everything. Luckily there was a few euro in my wallet. How can this happen in a hotel? There was camera but the receptionist didn't show me. But luckily we had cameras too and the face of the thief and the plate numbers can be seen.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald. Kamer is klein maar correct, bed is aan de harde kant, verwarming werkte goed. Jammer van dat raam met matte folie waardoor er geen uitzicht is.

Hôtel 2 étoiles propre, fonctionnel. Un plus pour le personnel, agréable, professionnel et poli. On a eu 3 personnes différentes à l'accueil, toutes sympathiques et serviables. Excellent ce petit Ibis Budget.

Parti en famille,le lit bébé était en mauvais état et pas de matelas avec le lit bébé et pas de lit pour l enfant ,chambre trop petite.

Personne à l'accueil pendant 15 min, pourtant il était 18h00. Problème de luminosité dans la chambre et pas de climatisation.
Attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec un lit pour bébé. Pas de lit pour bébé en arrivant et une personne à l'accueil complètement à l'ouest avec aucune solution à nous apporter. Nous avons demander un remboursement, cela fait 2 semaines toujours aucunes NEWS !!!

Hôtel si on peut appeler cela un hôtel, séjour que de 24h, nous allons remonter l’information au groupe , vol et prélèvement sur compte après avoir donné les numéros de notre carte à la réception , une honte à l’image de ce groupe , plainte déposée , À fuir et ne jamais donner votre carte à l’accueil de ce groupe .

Louer une chambre pour trois (2 adultes et 1 enfant) arriver après un séjour à disney et découvrir que le lit enfant n’est pas fait. Il n y’a qu’une alèse. quand on pose la question au personnel de nuit on nous répond que c’est normal que c’est au client de faire son lit…. Et le matin au petit déjeuner. Nous sommes les seuls dans la salle mais toutes les tables ne sont pas nettoyées c’est à nous de nettoyer la table afin de nous installer.
