Avevamo pagato in anticipo 3 camere per sei persone per una notte. Impossibilitati ad andare causa maltempo, avevamo chiesto lo spostamento al mese successivo, rendendoci disponibili a pagare eventuali differenze, ma ci è stato risposto in modo negativo. Trovo questo strano in quanto sono normali cortesie per gli ospiti. Mai più pegra.

wk fantastico con mia figlia, albergo molto bello e curato e direttamente sulle piste da sci, personale qualificato disponibile e molto gentile, colazione ricca e varia, camera confortevole e molto pulita

Hotel con struttura moderna, molto pulito sia nelle aree comune che nei bagni e nelle camere. SI trova vicino alle piste da sci, quando c'è poca neve si fanno 400 m a piedi e si arriva alla cabinovia; buona la colazione dolce/salata anche se sarebbe gradito avere qualche prodotto tipico (speck, ecc...). Personale molto gentile. Wifi disponibile anche in camera e Spa accessibile a pagamento Il prezzo è nella media. Da provare

Is this a 4* hotel? Reception and lounge close at 21.00. No water or drinks/eat in minibar(!). Hotel staff shows no interest in us as guests, at check-in we where handled by a yongster who didn’t speak anything besides Italian and didn’t know what she was talking about. When checking out there where no signs on asking how was the stay etc. The lack of decent commitment was astonishing. We can’t recommend anyone to stay at Garni

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are rude, the breakfasts are poor. Besides the lack of a good selection of food, I went into the dining room in the evening to get a glass and saw that the food prepared for breakfast was left out on shelves without refrigeration. This is a high risk of poisoning! The staff charge you for damages you didn't cause. It's a pity I read the reviews too late; previous guests have written similar reviews many times. It's the worst place for relaxation. I do not recommend it!

quasi tutto perfetto stanze pulite e calde ,ottima la colazione triste la sera tutto spento dopo le 21 e da rivedere (sostituire gli addetti alla reception peccato, questo veramente il difetto piu grave di questa struttura. Giuseppe

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita, colazione fresca e molto buona personale gentile soprattutto alla reception camera molto pulita, bar fornitissimo. ho provato il servizio SPA e sono rimasto colpito dalla vista sulle montagne, ci ritornerò sicuramente. da consigliare!!

Ho soggiornato per un weekend a gennaio. Hotel incantevole e molto accogliente. Pulizia perfetta e colazione molto buona. Situato proprio di fianco alla partenza dell'ovovia per l'intermedia del Tonale. Non sono riuscita a provare la SPA. Sicuramente da ritornare
