Very nice hotel at this price point. As with all EU big hotels, there was no ac control the first of May. But we used our own fan and opened the balcony door…no issue. Nice hotel would definitely stay again.

We arrived at the station at night, the town was dark, and we walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. I didn't like it when I first entered, because it's an old hotel and the decoration is made of red wood. It was quite scary when I entered, but I gradually got used to it. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was rich. If we arrive during the day, the image should be much better. Everything else is OK.

A hotel deserving even 5 stars. Great telephone and e-mail contact. Hassle-free service at the reception. Very nice transfer service from/to the airport. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Nice swimming pool with hydromassage.

Advise. Highly recommend this hotel because the rooms are spotless, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is super, not only in quantity but also in quality which is all excellent.

I had a room that smelled of cigarettes, so I asked to change it... Other than that, there was no problem, and they let me in at the pool fee.

Touch and go on the occasion of Umbria Jazz: dated but well-kept hotel, very small but clean and comfortable single room, abundant breakfast. Located in the municipality of Ponte San Giovanni, 8 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. I didn't get to try the pool. All in all I feel satisfied. Ps: for the Umbria Jazz week it would be useful to provide a paid shuttle service (they have a shuttle in the car park). Other hotels already do it and 4/5 trips a day would be enough to provide a top service.

Wonderful hotel just minutes from Perugia. All possible services present, comfortable and clean.

Good location, with a large free car park. The room and bathroom are large and spacious. Good breakfast, with many choices, very attentive service. Excellent cleaning, both in the room and in the common areas. The only sore point, the service at the bar, definitely needs to be improved.

Comfortable hotel, easily connected to Perugia centre, Assisi, Spello and Spoleto. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Serena and her team make a great job. Restaurant available for evening meal too - great variety of dishes and high-quality ingredients. The reception staff is fine too. They give you some travel tips and tourist maps if you ask them. We had a room with view on the parking place and the main road. But you can see Perugia on the hill. The balconies are not furnished and that isn't good. We asked a receptionist to help us and he gave us two extra chairs. Thank you,) We used pool every day, it was so relaxing and you could really swim! Bring your bathing equipment - cap, bathrobe, slippers. It is a good hotel, but with some effort could be superb!

It's a really good hotel with high level service. All the personnel in the hotel is nice, helpful and friendly. Expecially many thanks to receptionist Rita who was very helpful when I appeared in a complicated situation. Hotel has a good spa center with a warm waterpool. Also, an important thing is that the hotel is a good option for those who travel by car, public transport is not optimal choice
