We had a one night stop over at this hotel and were very happy with our choice. Under new ownership for seven months, we found the proprietor and young staff delightful and very eager to assist. What was even more delightful was our evening meal. Served in the clean, contemporary restaurant, the food was of a surprising and delicious standard…all credit to their talented lady chef. The food was hot, very nicely presented and agreeable on the palate. Many other diners clearly had discovered this place! Superb

Accueil sympathique, chambre propre et grande et en rez de chaussée. Etant malade ce jour la je n'ai pas pu gouter à la cuisine de l'hôtel mais mon épouse a trouvé très bonne la truffade alors que moi je trouvais très bons mes diabolos menthe! Le petit déjeuner traditionnel était copieux. atout non négligeable, le réceptionniste parle très bien anglais, il fait. aussi le service à table. Clientèle étrangère.

De passage en famille , nous recherchions une chambre d’hôtel afin de pouvoir nous reposer la nuit et repartir le lendemain en forme.
Chambre simple auquel il manque un peu d intimité côté isolation des murs. Sinon le personnel est sympathique et agréable.

tout simplement, lors de notre arrivée, l'hotelier nous a dit qu'il n'avait plus de place, malgré notre réservation et nous a laissé en plan à 21h dans une ville ou les hébergements sont rares. scandaleux.

De passage à Pongibaud, ce petit hôtel était très pratique. Un accueil très aimable, disponibilité, etc... Etant situé au centre bourg, quelques passages de véhicules la nuit devant mais dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé. Le restaurant était très bon (un peu cher et peut-être manque de choix, mais la qualité y est). A proximité de Vulcania, puy de Dôme et randos. Je recommande.

très bon repas unique ,servi très rapidement, petite attente ensuite pour le fromage et dessert. accueil très chaleureux ,il manque juste à accorder les tenues vestimentaires des différents intervenants. restaurant très facile d'accès avec un parking juste en face. un petit bémol il n'y a pas tous les vins indiqués sur la carte.
