The facilities are simple but cheap. Next to the M4 motorway rest stop. There are restaurants and children's play facilities. One night stay is 0K!

It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

The Friday weather was beautiful and the motorway journey went well. Storm Bert arrived on the Saturday and what a difference, rain, rain and gale force winds and more rain. Amanda at the Travelodge welcomed us warmly and the room was immaculate. We'll be back again!

The location on a service station is convenient with food outlets open 24 hours . Staff at check in and checkout were very helpful and polite . The room is very basic but has everything you need for an overnight stay and was very good value for money .

Clean, quiet all night, parking and comfortable bed. Coffee at Costa on the way out in the morning. Good checking in and checking out times. I was looked after by Amanda on reception who was polite and pleasant. Just off the M4, easy drive into Swansea. Really could not fault it.

Have been working the work lads in here regularly lately, as prices are good, and the rooms are clean, hotel is well located too, staff are great, special mention to Sam at night and Kerry in mornings, both excellent, cleaning staff good too, very clean rooms, located in a services, Burger King and greets handy usage.

I have been staying at the Travelodge Swansea M4 most weeks for two years , John and the reception staff as always pleasant and happy to help with anything required , they know I like to stay on the top floor and there is always a room ready for me !

We had a pleasant 2 night stay whilst visiting friends. Angela on the front desk was cheery and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable - thank you Kate and your team! We’ll be staying again during our next trip to Swansea.
