Travelodge Swansea M4

It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

We were spending 4 days in Wales, Pembrokeshire and this was our first stop over, 4 of us and a small dog. We never stayed in a Travelodge with our dog, as never knew it was dog friendly until recently. Good experience and we had a warm welcome. Dogs were also allowed into the the building at the service station, which was a first, so you can always pop in with you dog to grab a coffee before heading off. The entrance to the Travelodge was inside the main building but was great. We were given a room at the end of the corridor, but unfortunately downstairs, so going out for toilet breaks were a bit of a pain... anyways it was a great stay. Recommend to anyone who has a pet.

Arrived to find queue at reception took around10 minutes before I had a key, Room very basic with poor duvet and not much in the way of refreshments. Could not recommend anyone to stay there unless in desparation.

A very professional and friendly service. The staff were also organised and courteous and willing to please.

Can’t complain, really enjoyed staying here. Shame about the noise but it’s due to an old building. Everything creeks especially if you’re placed downstairs. Excellent staff, place is just abit worn down but you can’t complain for the price

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Pleasant environment.

Great nights sleep John on reception was very helpful especially with the wifi and tv remote. will definitely return probably this sunday thinking about it. might ask for a room at the back though this time as it maybe slightly quieter not that the front was too bad
