Very helpful host, check-in and check-out was also problem-free. A bit noisy at the entrance to the town. Therefore the option with window ventilation is only suitable from midnight. Minus points for the furnishings of 109 euro rooms (when occupied by three people). Camping bed frames are out of place. You can sleep better in a stopover hotel... Otherwise everything is good in Ponterson

IT MIGHT HELP TO TELL,GUESTS THAT THE STAIRWELL LIGHTS ARE REGULARLY OFF AND THAT ARE ARE LIGHT SwITCHES ,IN THE STAIRWELL, TO TURN THEM ON.Being able to pay on arrival is helpful.The hotel is a bit:snug,i.e.: a charming old house,however:snug.

Good only for the relatively low price for the area in the middle of July. Everything is old in the hotel. The bedding is good. Breakfast OK but not worth the €7.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the bedding and towels are very comfortable. But what a bore for such a noisy hotel. Room with 2 windows: one has only a curtain, the other has a broken roller shutter; nothing but a roller shutter in the bathroom and the broken toilet seat.

À la fin du séjour, il est de coutume que l'on nous pose la question si tout c'est bien passé, eh bien là non ! Quand on n'a pas envie d'entendre des choses désagréables vaut mieux pas demandé ! La chambre est bien mais alors la salle d'eau rien ne va ! L'abattant des toilettes est défectueux ! Quand on s'assoit on part sur le côté ! Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas ! Et la cabine de douche serait à changer, porte défectueuses et joint tout noir. Gros bémol également, l'escalier pour rejoindre la chambre à l'étage est très raide et étroit. C'est compliqué pour une grosse valise. Y a t'il des contrôles logis de France ? J'en doute !
