A great location to visit the Prosecco wineries for our group of 23 on a 3 night stay. Rooms very good , bar area very nice. We had a private room dinner one night and the food and service were very good. The team were very helpful and i like thank Marco for his enthusiasm and help. Breakfast offering average compared with rest of hotel & some details could be improved eg refilling water in gym etc. Overall very good.

Hotel bellissimo! Struttura e personale accogliente. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio SPA e massaggio di coppia. É stata un'esperienza davvero positiva! Camera bella, pulita. Vasca in camera e bagno..voto 10! Unica piccola pecca é la colazione che ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima! Reception molto gentili!!! Grazie! 😊😊😊😊

Nel complesso struttura molto bella, immersa nel verde e silenziosa. SPA curata e rilassante, molto bravo e gentile il maestro di sauna Paolo e i suoi rituali. Buffet della colazione molto buono e variato. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Stanze spaziose e discretamente arredate, bagno ampio in marmo. Unica pecca dei corridoi e delle stanze: la moquette! Molto sporca e macchiata e per nulla igenuca.

Abbiamo organizzato un meeting di lavoro in questa struttura. Ho trovato uno staff molto qualificato, competente e molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato la loro cortesia e professionalità, la capacità di venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima la qualità e la quantità del cibo, la disponibilità dello chef e la presentazione dei piatti. Ben allestita la sala meeting, camere e bagno molto spaziose anche se un pò datate. Piccolo suggerimento per la camera: prevedere un bollitore per the e caffè. Giudizio nel complesso davvero ottimo.

Exceptional! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the WiFi was very slow in the room. I think a previous guest had commented here on that. However, the Spa was excellent. The restaurant food was amazing! The food was truly delicious and the local wine exquisite. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Very tired and dated, slow service and had to go to reception to pay for our drinks after waiting ten minutes to get them. Spa was ok but short staffed so again, very poor service. Again, had to go back to reception to check in to the spa. Antiquated hotel, brutalist design and looks like a hospital. €9 a beer by the way. The Italians have got a long way to go to keep up with the rest of Europe when it comes to service.
