Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was perfect for a restful getaway. The staff’s professionalism and care were evident throughout our stay.

Everything was below average. The facilities were rather poor. The bathtub wasn't slip-resistant, which was dangerous. The lobby seemed to have been repainted, so it looked okay. The front desk service was indifferent. Breakfast was a simple American meal. The housekeepers were very proactive in knocking on the door every day to offer service, but I didn't accept. The room wasn't small, but it was too basic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! this was terrible! Found a fake fingernail in our room by the bed. Lid to toilet tank was broken. Big language barrier!! The pool is not like the pictures! It’s green with filth on the bottom. The filters full of hair and bugs. The lift chair for the pool doesn’t work and has exposed wires. One of our rooms had exposed wires from the sprinkler. The fridge in our room was all mildewy…. The breakfast was a joke! Someone broke the nozzle to the waffle batter and that was that. There is barely anything out for breakfast! I would NOT recommend this! Plus the people that clean the room will start knocking on doors early in the am.

Terrible not clean room, bed was nothing more than a cover on hardwood. Breakfast was just as bad with cold coffee and when I asked about it I was told to use the microwave. How inconsiderate.

DO NOT STAY unless you want to wake up and step on live roaches crawling across the floor! Also, the cords in the bathroom were filthy to say the least. The shower head did not spray - it dumped water from the seam where the shower head is attached.
