DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was disgusting, it smelled terrible almost like a musty moldy smell. There were busted bulbs and missing bulbs in lamps, USB ports were damaged and not working, refrigerator was full of mold spots throughout, one sprinkler was missing, toilet was not working. My family and I were traveling and made this last minute reservation. I was exhausted and had been driving forever. I did not discover the toilet wasn’t working til around midnight. The front desk employee was very rude and unwilling to help. I proceeded to request a refund and was spoken to very rudely and told no. I argued then was told to call the manager the next morning. After arguing and arguing I got nowhere. I contacted the manager who told absolutely no refunds. I am in the process of making other calls.

Came in a little early & willing to wait but Jim checked us in anyway. That's a plus. Adequate room. Big bathroom. Liked the multiple shelves on the shower Good wifi Nice breakfast Glad that it has a safe but not secured. It's free floating which anyone can just lift & carry. Safety - The back door has no lock so anybody can come in & out of the hotel. And we happen to have a room near it. No coffee maker in the room Shower curtain is short so it gets ****** in or blown away when the water is running so the floor gets wet. And no grab bars inside the shower.

Horrible experience! Room was smelly And nasty. We had to change sheets upon arrival due to being nasty and covered in hair and what appeared to be dried puke. Killed a few roaches in the room while there also. I’ll never stay here again!

Our stay wasn’t to good. The room was sparse, there weren’t any hangers, pillows on the bed were flat, towels were very thin. The room was large but minimal furnishings. One lamp in the room, no clock and the lady at the desk tried to be helpful but missed it. We also couldn’t get Wi-Fi until another clerk came on duty hours later. Over all it was not a good hotel and we would not stay there again!

We have stayed here for 18 years, back the it was The Travel Lodge, it's our halfway point to Fl from Va. With the new ownership I was hesitant because the standards were already high. I ABSOLUTELY WAS PLEASED by the new changes and our stay to and from Fl was like coming home. The staff & rooms were even better. The breakfast was great and we almost stayed another night because we didn't want to leave. The beds are the most comfortable than any hotel we've ever stayed at. We couldn't have been happier!

We were traveling back from a cruise and stayed 1 night here. Place was nice- beds comfy and breakfast was good. I would stay here again
