It's just fabulous! From the staff at the main desk to the staff in charge of the gate at the parking lot, they all were wonderful!!
Rooms are quiet, clean, and the building has a an outstanding colonial architecture. It's close to the main touristic attractions in downtown Popayán. Highly recommended!

Los fines de semana hacen eventos con música y mucho ruido. Solo informan al hacer el CHEK in y no hay nada que hacer. Pésima experiencia. Íbamos de descanso…..

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé. Non loin de l’aéroport et du centre historique de Popayan. De belles options de restaus et de cafés aux alentours.
Cependant, la chambre occupée, vieillotte, sombre et bruyante puisque située à côté de la salle de restaurant.
Aucun proposition de changement.
Dommage.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et charmant.

Das einzig gute an diesem Hotel ist die zentrale Lage. Von außen lässt es viel mehr erwarten, aber dann kommt die Ernüchterung. Kein Gepäckträger, unfreundliche Rezeption, abgewohnte Zimmer, altes kleines Bad, Badezimmerfenster im oberen Teil ohne Glas, extrem laut, schlechtes Frühstück. Wir hatten extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, Antwort war ein Schulterzucken. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, da auch noch das Glas in einem Teil des Fensters fehlte und mitten in der Stadt fast die ganze Nacht Verkehrslärm herrscht. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, im Bad ist Schimmel, die Türen vermackt usw… . Wo dieses Hotel seine fünf Sterne her hat, ist uns schleierhaft!

Este hotel es especial !! Empezando por su gerente que es una señora muy dulce y amable. La arquitectura clásica la conservan con mucha limpieza y se ve todo pulcro para ser un hotel colonial. Es mi opinión deben mejorar un poco el servicio del restaurante ya que es demorado y a veces hay poco personal, pero tienen muy buena disposición

Hôtel situé dans un ancien monastère bien restauré et aménagé .Immense cloître avec jardin fleuri et vue sur la cathédrale. Très grande chambre meublée à l’ancienne , bon lit . Grande salle de bain et beau dressing . Belle piscine . Restaurant avec terrasse, menu varié . Petit déjeuner moyen.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un night club. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et nius n’avons ete prevenu que 48 h avant qu’il se déroulerait un mariage lors de la 1 ere nuit, et donc impossible de dormir à cause de la musique à fond. Puis sans prevenir il y a eu encore un mariage le 2 eme jour en fin de journée puis un autre le soir , et donc 2 eme nuit sans dormir avec les enfants qui crient dans les couloirs et encore musique tres fort. L’accueil nous dit nrien faire et nous conseille de mettre des boules Quies Et la direction refuse toute excuse et ne fait aucun geste commercial. Nous avons payer 2 nuitées pour dormir et nous n’avons pas eu la prestation recherchée pour un hotel qui se dit 4 étoiles et qui n’est qu’une salle des fetes A FUIR

La verdad el evento fue espectacular , es la mejor decisión que hemos tomamos , realizar la recepción de nuestra boda en el hotel Dann monasterio ; nos encantó la comida por su presentación y sabor ,además la amabilidad del personal.Nuestros invitados se sintieron muy bien atendidos .Sin duda alguna volvería al hotel. Agradecemos a los administradores por su amabilidad y buena atención ,hicieron lo mejor para que nuestro evento.
