Popoli is a suprisingly busy transport hub with train and motorway connections. It's a large, slightly dated hotel but like the town busy and functional. Huge basement restaurant doing brisk trade. Decent room with good aircon, quieter than expected at night, despite being full with a large walking group. Really good one night stay Hotel.

We stayed in this hotel with friends for one night, the structure is a little dated but functional, it's a shame that we discovered the following morning that our room had fewer services, the air conditioner only for cooling and not for heating, no kit for the bathroom and no slippers! It doesn't seem fair to me to have paid the same price and received different trea**ent. I give 3 stars only because the breakfast buffet was well stocked! Pay attention to details!

Punto forte di questo Hotel è sicuramente la pulizia e un grande spazio esterno dove si parcheggia senza problemi anche se albergo e ristorante sono pieni !! Quello che mi è piaciuto meno è stata la dimensione della stanza , veramente piccola , il materasso troppo duro e basso, la colazione con prodotti veramente dozzinali quando l’Abruzzo offre tantissime specialità sia dolci che salate e il fatto che si chieda subito il pagamento cosa che nei tanti viaggi che ho fatto non mi è mai successo , di solito al check out lasciando le chiavi si paga , mi sembra un comportamento da malfidati !! Sicuramente è un posto comodo ma le stanze che affacciano sulla strada non godono di un buon isolamento sonoro. Il prezzo è proporzionato a ciò che viene offerto !!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura io e la mia squadra di calcio in 5. Gentilezza pulizia puntualità e cordialità, assolutamente nulla da dire. Ottimo cibo (sia a cena -ristorante Magnoz- che a colazione). Lo consiglio anche considerando l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Si tratta di un hotel/ ristorante/ discoteca isolato in mezzo ai boschi lungo la strada provinciale. C'è solo lui; la struttura è abbastanza datata, risalente, come minimo agli anni 70; i gestori sono dei personaggi grassi, che parlano in meridionale con certe facce da cui non comprerei un auto usata. Nonostante si diano un gran da fare, l'hotel e ristorante mostrano evidenti limiti: stanze arredate alla meno peggio ( molte comunicante con l'altra vicina, per cui mancanza assoluta di privacy), niente frigobar, niente cuscino aggiuntivo nell armadio, niente cassaforte, tubo della doccia che perde, aria condizionata rumorosa . Ristorante molto grande, tipo festa dell Unità, con bambini che scorazzano fra i tavoli, molto rumore, qualità del cibo passabile, personale di sala volenteroso ed anche simpatico ( molti stranieri, sudamericani, Venezuela etc). Colazione sufficiente ma niente di più. In questo albergo l'unica cosa che ho trovato di buono è il personale, molto straniero e che si da da fare. Le facce dei titolari non mi hanno convinto per niente.

Hotel comodo da arrivarci posizione invidiabile, pulito, curato, proprietari simpatici, affettuosi, solari, sempre disponibili, Grande Mario e Grande Dora ottima pasticcera... grande parcheggio (bus, pulmini, camion ed auto).... accoglienza ottima..... camere semplici molto carine ma in ordine, pulite e con tutto il necessario.... colazioni con le ottime torte di Dora da ammirare e mangiare, non manca nulla anzi..... ristorante Magnoz semplicemente spettacolare caldo accogliente.... sembra di essere a casa, mangiato in modo strepitoso... ringrazio ancora Mario, Dora, i tre figli e i dipendenti, davvero accolti un ambiente familiare sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra...
