The food at The Happy Coconut is affordable, hearty and healthy. Take a nice morning walk on the beach and then grab a fresh coconut water cut right from the tree to fill you w/ natures own electrolytes. The frozen smoothie bowl was a breakfast favourite, guilt free pleasure, cocoa nibs, fresh banana, granola, coconut, nuts and blended frozen fruit leave you feeling satisfied and energized. The staff was helpful, kind and just a joy to be around, always there w/ a warm smile ready to help. Enjoy a horseback ride on the beach at sunset, visit the tide pools, learn to surf, soak in a natural hot spring, or get adventurous and rent your own scooter or motorbike and cruise around. Nicaragua is beautiful and Mar Adentro is a wonderful place to start your adventure.
