We stayed as a family of three for one night only but unfortunately we were disapointed enough to decide not to visit again. Since we have two years old there was no need to book a bed for a child. So we expected to sleep in one bed which would be perfectly fine if there was not a huge gap between mattresses. Actually it was twin mattresses put together but they did not hold together. If hotel sells rooms like this for families with young kids, it should provide proper quality of sleep! They could put at least a topper mattress on top. Another thing was the AC. The room we stayed in was unbearably hot. We tried to lower the temperature but AC wouldnt go under 22degrees of Celsius and I really doubt there was 22 in the room. It was at least 26. Obviously we turned off both radiators in the bedroom and the bathroom but still we were not able to get the temperature right. Bathroom smelled like urine which probably means they do not clean the toilet properly! Pools and spa area were ok. No complaints about it. Our daughter had a lot of fun there. Selection of food was not great but also not bad. Food was quite tasty, not top quality but some healthy choices available.

Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center.

Services and aquapark was very nice. Hotel staff was friendly and supportive. Aqua park was clean and well maintained. But it cannot be said about the room. We had a mezonet room and the walls were dirty, carpet totally shabby, beds uncomfortable and staircase way too steep. However I understand that the hotel industry is having very difficult times and it is hard to do refurbishment. Therefore it’s acceptable.

Przebywałem w AquaCity w części Seasons. Hotel bardzo bobry, ale jak to zawsze jest klika rzeczy które właściciel mógłby poprawić. Co się podobało. Dbanie o zdrowie w czasach pandemii, dobra obsługa, zespół basenów, barów. Pokój w miarę czysty ale niestety dwupoziomowy pokój deklarowany dla czterech nie nadaje się do większej ilości gości niż dwie osoby. Na dole była niby rozkładana kanapa która nie nadawała się do spania i siedzenia w dzień. Nie wygodna w dzień - spadało się z niej, natomiast po rozłożeniu do spania była nierówna i osoby które na niej spały rano miały ból pleców ( to nie standard hotelu 4 * ). To był raczej rozkładany materac. Restauracja serwowała dobre posiłki ale czasami brakowało potraw dla dzieci :(.

Hotel Seasons Aquacity Poprad bardzo ok. Czysto. Pokoj standard 318 bardzo duzy. Widok marny, ale balkon byl. Wygodne duze lozko, extra dostawka dla dziecka- nie lozko polowe tylko sofa z normalnym materacem. Do term pietro w dol, osobne wejscie dla gosci hotelu. Wszedzie da sie dojechac wozkiem, sa windy. Personel przyjemny. Termy fajne, ciepla woda, jest co robic. Saunarium rewelacja, 2h dziennie mozna z dzieckiem wejsc. Najslabsze dla nas posilki- wybor maly choc jakosciowo dobre. Kuchnia slowacka jest ciezka, to nie wina hotelu, ze nie wszystkim smakuje. Platne napoje do kolacji, nawet woda. Ogolnie pobyt udany. Chetnie wrocimy. Stosunek jakosci do ceny na plus. Jezeli komus zalezy na widoku- lepiej brac pokoj w hotelu Mountain view- to po 2 stronie korytarza, widok na Tatry Wysokie.
