Service at the restaurant was horrible. the staff didn't know how to serve food nor did they know how to handle customers. Food ordered came in after 45 minutes ! No hot water in the room. Already communicated to the GM. My friend also stayed with me.. he had similar bad experiences.

Hotel service was excellent hotel staff very friendly Dharamesh was very helpful looked well after me one of the best hotels in Porbander was warm welcome reception staff very friendly house. Keeping staff did good service hotel location on beach good

Best hotel in Porbander, as soon as you walk in, warm welcome, room and bathroom were ok, could do with modernisation, breakfast was excellent, toast and if you enjoy South Indian like dosa, you will love it, excellent service from cute Riya and darmesh, only issue was with my bed, I could feel the springs, I asked reception about it, they didn’t understand me.

Alifa, Kamal and all the staff in the restaurant have been v helpful and accommodating. They prepared the food exactly to my liking and. I would definitely visit again. The room was also clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel is by the sea and really good.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms are clean. Restaurant service equally excellent and a special mention to Alifa for the personal attention given to every guest. Sea views are amazing. Quality of the restaurant food is also amazing. Would recommend

Wonderful experience!!! The food was to a Michelin star level and the staff are incredibly kind and always ready to help and cater to any request or need. They really know how to make you feel welcome and cared for without it seeming like a burden. Especially Alifa and Pawan, just the loveliest individuals who put their heart into their work and care. We stayed here last year too and the service has been more than consistent if not better. We are a well travelled family and of all the places we’ve visited, the Porbander Lords branch have offered a service and care we’ve never been shown or experienced before!

Nice timing with tasty food and punctuality in delivery if you order the packed food. Specially Alifa in restaurant is very polite and co- oprative employee in restaurant. *****with all above anout food rooms are very clean and laundry facility is also good. So I recommend from my side to come here and have experience.

Alifah was exceptional, food was fantastic. We had a great time here. Right on the ocean and excellent service. We loved the hotel. Best in Porbandar. Excellent food and bottled water available each morning. WiFi included and big rooms too.

The atmosphere and especially the view is amazing. The staff is well ***nered and friendly. Especially Samrin does a great job at serving The guests. I had a great cup of tea at Lords Ico Inn , Porbandar today. I would definitely visit again for sure.
