The Vilalara Resort has outstanding service, comfortable rooms, gorgeous views, impeccable gardens, delicious breakfast, clean and calm beach. Can’t say enough good things. Great value for your money, highly recommended.

Great hotel and staff. Location is like a postcard. Facilities were great, rooms were huge and maid service/turndown perfect. Only complaint is they couldn't make change for large bills.

When we arrived at the apartment provided to us, we were very disappointed. We booked a garden view apartment
The site is very good and enjoyable. We came across a dilapidated garden overlooking the roof, making this place unhappy. We immediately requested a change. We are slow and have many excuses, but they did not answer us. We think it is very lack of care and courtesy because it is low season and the hotel is not full. We went to have a good time, but it was boring.

We stayed at Vilalara Thalassa Resort for four nights over the Easter break and had a wonderful holiday. It was our first time at this resort and it did not disappoint. I travelled there with my two sons aged 15 and 12. There was plenty for them to do - they particularly enjoyed the tennis, padel, pickleball and of course the pools and the gorgeous beach. The resort is very nice, definitely deserving of its 5 stars. We stayed in a Junior Suite Emotion which was really spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. A particular thank you to Sandra, Guest Relations Manager who looked after us so wonderfully. We hope to come back again very soon.

Voilà un hôtel qui permet de se détendre et de profiter du calme. Choix entre les 5 piscines ou la plage ou encore le SPA. Nous étions en Suite Junior Emotion: très belle chambre et spacieuse. Le service est incontestablement parfait, merci à Rachelle (petit déjeuner) et un remerciement spécial à Tiago (réceptionniste) pour tous les conseils et réservations effectuées pour nous. La plage est très belle ainsi que le petit chemin qui longe le littoral pour aller à Porches. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

This place is really special. When it comes to hotels , I am extremely picky but I could not fault it here. Stunningly beautiful gardens and beach. So much to do with tennis, swimming etc. A real oasis of calm. You can hear the birds signing in the morning and so pretty to walk around. We booked the junior suite emotion, with a garden view and terrace- which was huge. With 2 kids, I always check the room size. This was twice the size of other rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with gorgeous views. Only downside was the restaurant prices. We ate mainly in local restaurants, all within a 10 minute walk which we prefer to do anyway. Would definitely recommend! It is not often I don't want to go home at the end of a holiday but I really did not want to leave here!

I have to write another review as this is the second time of visiting Vilalara Thalassa and yet again we have been welcomed and treated exceptionally. The Guest Relations Manager Sandra is so attentive and caring and all of the staff have 5* service; they have a brilliant attention to detail. The grounds are immaculate; it is like an oasis with the beautiful flora everywhere and the ocean backdrop is wonderful. Breakfast is exceptional and the rooms themselves are immaculate. Highly recommend. Definitely deserves its 5*s.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel qui venait commence sa saison le 1er Mars. Si vous cherchez un hôtel calme et paisible hors saisons d été pour vous ressourcer l endroit est idéal. Les chambres sont dans des petits immeubles situés dans un magnifique parc arboré avec une plage accessible depuis l l'hôtel. Une des 3 piscines d eau salée est chauffée Petit déjeuner varié et raffiné dans le restaurant face à l océan. Chambre junior suite spacieuse Le personnel de l hôtel , du SPA et de la thalasso est très à l écoute et aux petits soins Le centre thalasso propose des soins personnalisés que nous avons beaucoup apprécié Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Anfahrt, freundliche Begrüßung an der Schranke durch den Portier, Willkommens-Empfang schon vor dem Eintritt in die gemütlichen Rezeptionsräumlichkeiten, Rundfahrt durch die Anlage bis vors Zimmer, mit den besten Informationen, Tipps für Restaurants und Antworten auf alle Fragen, durch den überaus hilfsbereiten und sehr netten Andres. So zieht sich die Kette der Freundlichkeit durch alle Bereiche. Ob beim Frühstück, wo einen ein herzlich, sympathisches Team erwartet oder beim Dinner, da geht es genauso höflich und charmant weiter, wobei uns hier Carlos, mit seiner Aufrichtigkeit und Haltung besonders gefallen hat. In der Wellness Oase ist es die gesamte Crew, die eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre schafft und hier möchte ich insbesondere Paulo erwähnen, unter dessen Hände ich geraten war und den ich nur empfehlen kann. Wobei Maria ebenso ihre Tätigkeit professionell verrichtete. Ebenso das Gärtner-Team und die Damen der Zimmerreinigung, alles war im Einklang. Ohne jetzt Details einzeln zu bewerten, die komplette Anlage ist fantastisch. Wenn Algarve, dann auf jeden Fall ins Vilalara Thalassa Resort.
