Big problem.
As with many people no power at all.
SO....bread roll last night, no cup of tea, no shower, all in the dark, window was left open so water on floor beside bed., no TV, no breakfast, so we left at 7.30 am.

We stayed in a Deluxe 2BR cabin. Cabin was well appointed. Linen was crisp and spotless. Bathroom was spotless. Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Appreciated the Oval dining table instead of the usual weeny table for 4. Beautiful outlook from the cabin veranda to the river. Excellent appliances and sufficient pots and pans. Precisely 4 of everything in regards to crockery – which we found odd, especially as the cabin sleeps 5. Means that you have to keep washing up after each meal, which is not what you want to do when on holiday. Biggest downside of the park is that there are so many permanents, and their places are poorly kept and dirty. And you have to go past them to your cabin. Service was efficient but a bit gruff.

Absolutely amazing stay. Great spot along the river with great section of grass for families along the river too. New amenities are beautiful and so up to date . Dee ( manager) was so helpful and supportive . The whole campground felt like a great supportive community . Definitely will be returning .

Unfortunately we were required to cancel our booking for the Labour day long w'end, due to close contact covid exposure and my daughter presenting with symptoms associated with covid. I cancelled the booking at 9am on Friday 11/03 after receiving notification that my daughter was a close contact. I was informed by Dee that the park did not offer a credit or refund, despite government imposed restrictions instructing people to remain at home in isolation of others. I was also informed by Dee that the park would not be able to fill the site despite it being a long weekend. There was no attempt by the park to advertise the site even though I observed a cabin cancellation advertised on facebook the same day. I have sent 2 e-mails to the park appealing the cancellation policy however, I have not received a reply both e-mails. Very disappointed with a cancellation policy that does not appear to be in line with Vic Government Imposed restrictions. This policy acts as a disincentive and places health of staff and visitors at risk.

Awful! The Receptionist was so rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The gas for the stove and oven were both not working properly. No wifi connection during our entire stay. I would not recommend this place.
