Struttura situata nel centro del paese, in una posizione molto bella, vicina alla piazza principale ed a fianco del parco dove si tiene la manifestazione estiva dei cantanti di blues ed altri concerti

Abbiamo soggiornato diverse volte al Roma. L'ultima volta, prenotando dallo smartphone, abbiamo prenotato erroneamente una camera singola anziché una matrimoniale.
Al momento di lasciare l'hotel abbiamo avuto l'amara sorpresa che ci venissero chiesti 50 euro in più invece di 17 euro (17 erano la differenza tra il prezzo della camera singola e la matrimoniale, prezzo che era esposto sul sito Trip.com dove abbiamo prenotato la camera).
Abbiamo fatto presente - garbatamente - che non ci sembrava corretto applicare un sovrapprezzo con queste modalità, richiedendo che venisse applicato il prezzo della camera (differenza tra le 2 tipologie ovvero i 17 euro) così come era esposto sul sito dove abbiamo prenotato ma sono stati irremovibili e ribadito che per loro quello era il prezzo che applicavano alla camera.
Peccato, gestione del disguido che pensiamo non sia stata, per le modalità adottate dal Roma, corretta.
Presteremo molta attenzione per il futuro.

Titolari gentilissimi e disponibili, struttura storica con tante foto ricordo anche della seconda guerra mondiale.
Camere con arredamento un pò datato, ma il bagno è stato ristruttuato di recente, buona la pulizia dei locali, colazione con una buona offerta di prodotti. Posizione centrale e comoda con parcheggio privato interno

Ospitalità pessima. Siamo arrivati per fare un ritiro di calcio con la squadra e già all’arrivo ci hanno trattati malissimo. Ogni giorno è successa una cosa diversa, tra spinte e strattonate del titolare a dei ragazzi di 15 anni e una rissa con protagonista il cameriere. Consiglio a chiunque di non soffermarsi sul prezzo e spendere qualcosa in più per altri alberghi della zona che meritano. Questo non si può definire un albergo ma una stalla! Albergatore, personale e ospitalità assolutamente non all’altezza. Non venite!
