Hotel ubicato nel centro di Porretta ,camere di recente ristrutturazione con un bagno grande ,la stanza in se’ non grandissima ,arredamento un po’ da business hotel. Zona spa non grandissima ma ottima ,piscina interna con tanti punti per fare idromassaggio e cascata e poi sauna e bagno turco. Sulla terrazza all ultimo piano postazione sole con vasca idromassaggio .Ho provato anche un massaggio che è stato eseguito molto bene davvero piacevole . Sia la cena che il pranzo sono stati più che buoni ,il sabato ci hanno offerto anche una piacevole merenda . Il personale è davvero super gentile e disponibile: nel complesso io e mia figlia siamo state davvero bene e ci siamo sentite coccolate! Torneremo!

Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e l’esperienza è sempre molto bella. Il centro benessere con la piscina termale è il luogo ideale dove rilassarsi; acqua calda, idromassaggi, sauna, bagno turco, area relax con tisane… tutto è studiato per offrire una piacevole pausa antistress. Staff sempre eccellente, ottimo ristorante. Grazie!

Abbiamo passato due giorni in questo bell'Hotel e usufruito di un pacchetto con late check out alle 19. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene sia dal punto di vista della zona termle, sia della camera, sia dei massaggi che della ristorazione. Molto gentili le ragazze alla reception, molto professionali e bravi le operatrici della Spa per il ns. massaggio e molto bravo lo Chef nel ristorante interno che ci ha fatto gustare ottimi piatti. Inoltre anche il personale di sala era molto attento, preparato, e -non scontato- molto simpatico. Speriamo di ritornare presto! Un consiglio: provvedete a mettere una colonnina elettrica / prese per la ricarica, per gli ospiti con vettura EV, così almeno la spesa relativa al garage coperto ha più che un senso.

Hotel e spa caratterizzati da personale molto professionale e gentilissimo. Camere pulitie ed ordinate. Piscina termale e spa molto pulite ed accoglienti; ottima gestione delle presenze, mai trovato sovraffolamento anche nel we. Ristorazione veramente di alto livello per qualità delle materie prime e realizzazione di piatti mai banali. Tutta la struttura è una certezza ormai collaudata nel tempo. Bravi, continuate così

Ottimo hotel situato in centro paese . dotato di ogni confort , camere pulite. Piscina con acque termali Sauna e bagno turco . Il tutto inserito in una grotta in pietra. Ottimo ristorante e buon cibo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Lussuoso hotel dotato di una spa come mai vista in un albergo: strepitosa. Colazione più bella e scenografica che veramente gustosa (vale anche per la cena). Camera silenziosa. Un posto ideale per rilassarsi.
