Ci è stata data una camera grande e pulita. È in un'ottima posizione e hanno un parcheggio riservato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato bene nel loro ristorante e la celiachia è stata gestita bene. La spa molto carina e dotata di ogni comfort. Se dovessimo tornare a Porretta alloggeremo di nuovo qui volentieri.

Vecchio, sconfortante, molto antiquato. Camera piccolissima, arredata in modo scialbo. Muffa sui muri e soffitto. Bagno davvero minuscolo, con doccia 70x70 con anche spruzzatore d’acqua rotto che non spruzza bene e senza possibilità di fissarlo a parete. Decisamente pessimo. VC vecchio e scrostato. Un solo asciugamano. Colazione povera è deludente. Sono stato parecchie volte a Porretta, mai avevo provato questa struttura, ma di sicuro non tornerò.

Personale alla reception scortese. Abbiamo chiesto una colazione salata, data la tristezza e la povera quantità e qualità della "colazione dolce", chiedendo gentilmente (prosciutto e uova) per il mattino, avendo dal proprietario (scortese) una risposta negativa, dicendo che sarebbe stato impensabile poterla avere. Hotel riammodernato solo nei corridoi, le camere ferme a più o meno 30 anni fa.

Sono stata solo nel centro benessere, nuovissimo e all'avanguardia, l'estetista gentilissima, nemmeno alle terme di porretta hanno una spa così bella.l'hotel non l'ho visto. Ho sentito dire però che si mangia molto bene.

Hotel da ristrutturare,nelle camere che danno sulla strada principale e che è trafficata e molto rumorosa notte e giorno necessita di aria condizionata che non c'è per poter tenere la finestra chiusa, il bagno non è finestrato e nel nostro caso abbiamo chiesto il giorno dopo di cambiare camera.Alla mia richiesta il proprietario ha risposto con arroganza e questo per chi è a contatto con il pubblico non è mai consentito,avevo chiesto due cuscini in più e in cinque giorni non li ho avuti.Per finire la colazione deludente per chi come me preferisce il salato al dolce!! Da evitare!!

A terrible hotel, at any price, let alone over €100/night. So much mold in the shower, we couldn't use it. Very hot room without a fan, and standing water on the immediately adjacent roof brought mosquitos, so no open window. Broken door knob. Surly proprietor. Simply unpleasant. Many substantive poor reviews and more very brief reviews with high scores...makes one wonder. Stay elsewhere.

Pessimo hotel. Scortesi nell'accoglienza e poco disponibili, come se il cliente desse fastidio, camere vecchie che puzzano di fumo, odore di fritto in tutto l'hotel h24, colazione scarsa in quantità e di pessima qualità. Da non tornarci mai più.

Siamo. partiti subito male con il proprietario che lamentava il passaggio dalle strisce pedonali quando. mi ero fermato un secondo per scaricare i bagagli (non c'era un parcheggio) ... e si e chiuso nel peggiore dei modi con la inserviente che e entrata in camera per pulire mezz'ora prima. del check out mentre si era a letto nudi........ in mezzo nessun posto per cena per 2 nessun centro benessere perche aver avuto il covid non basta ed un pranzo non ecccelso
