Room nicely done, with extra items for comfort. Great shower, location to Olympic National Parks 3 lodges, hiking, Hot Springs is ideal. And about half the price. Hosts were attentive, great communication before and during stay. If you like casual and relaxed atmosphere this is the place.

Easy check in process, detailed and easy to follow instructions. The room is adorable and very clean. Bed was super comfortable, and staff was awesome when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room with a microwave, fridge, a strong hot shower or tub. The beds were new and very comfortable. Staff was very responsive. Great value and access to Olympic National Park. This location is a short drive to the ferry in Port Angeles and minutes to the northeastern entrance to the park. My all in price was of only 87.00. I was pleasantly surprised!

I very much enjoyed staying in the Main house. It was spacious and loved that I could prepare my own meals. I also enjoyed the tub in the hall bathroom. I soaked after my day of hikes and especially after the challenging Mt. Storm King hike. Loved that there were no TVs and instead walked the property and took in nature. The road noise is loud and ear plugs are provided. I didn't need/use them, but others may find this more bothersome. It was a bit of a drive to Ruby and Rialto Beaches, but the drives through the park were so enjoyable I didn't mind it at all. And if you plan accordingly for the drive and make the most, it is just a part of the experience! I would recommend Emerald Valley Inn as well as stay again in the future.

Fabulous location. It is about equal distance to both Sol Duc and Hurricane Ridge (50 minutes), closer still and Crescent Lake and about 15-20 minutes to Port Angeles. Just a handful of rooms makes for a quiet and quaint site. You can hear cars from the road but at night that there is almost no traffic. You can alway hear your neighbors in the next room but that was not a problem during your stay and they provide ear plugs in case you are sensitive to sound. The rooms are very bright and clean. Decent space in that we didn't feel cramped. They provide a small table with 2 chairs, frig, small freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The internet was a bit slow but worked constantly (no drops) but no TVs (which has fine by us). The bathroom was a full tub and shower and plenty of hot water. The only down size if there is not storage to place your clothes. They are a contactless hotel in that they email you our hotel room code (no physical key required) before you check-in so there is no need to physically check-in or check-out at the desk. The office just down the path to what seems to be the owners house where you can go (or text, call or email) if necessary. Granny's cafe, a cute little place is right next to the inn. They serve lunch and dinner (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) and ice cream.

Our stay at Emerald Valley Inn was superb. We did not spend a lot of time on the grounds themselves, but we did visit the animals, which was a cool experience. Management was extremely helpful— we requested a few more towels, and someone promptly dropped them off to our room. Bathroom was clean, beds comfy. Great proximity to Olympic park and to port Angeles. We easily zipped back and forth between the two. I only took one star off for location because the inn is adjacent to a busy road (pros and cons), so if you have your windows open (we did as no A/C), you will definitely start hearing cars early in the AM. We use a “white noise” app when we travel, and we had a 6:00am alarm, so it wasn’t a big deal for us :). Overall, would definitely return again!!

For six days four girlfriends stayed in the Olympic Guesthouse. It's big: primary bedroom with king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms. Traffic noise was the problem. The house sits on the edge of Highway 101. Cars pass during the day; lumber trucks start speeding by around 5:30 a.m.: jet plane engines without a sonic boom. The interior windowless bedroom has a locked door leading to the resort's laundry room. Around 7 or 8 a.m., the washer, dryer, or both, woke up the guest sleeping in that room. We four spent $2500 for six days of little sleep.

This hotel is a fun place to stay. The room was decorated nicely and was as pictured. The entire property was fun to walk around (goats, chickens, ostrich, cats) and there is a restaurant which was closed while we were there but looked nice. They provided ear plugs which I though was a thoughtful touch but we didn't need them since we couldn't hear the street noise. My daughter liked it so much she wants an apartment like it when she grows up. I would stay here again. We felt away from the busy Port Angeles but close enough to go there for meals.
