This was my second visit at Maitland Manor and once again, the most wonderful stay. Sydney and Alex are so kind and they account for every detail, ensure the place is impeccably clean and the breakfast / snacks are made from scratch & absolutely delicious! I am vegetarian and they ensured I had several delicious options to choose from, which I appreciated. I also felt Covid safe inside the B&B due to all the precautions they took. The location to Olympic National Park is ideal, and is the perfect place to relax after a day out and about. I would highly recommend staying here, and look forward to my next visit.

My husband is vegetarian. I am gluten and dairy free. Sydney and Alex really pulled out all the stops to make sure we had the most delicious breakfasts and treats our whole stay! The house itself is so welcoming, and our room was amazing. We loved the bed where we could make it as firm as we needed. It was just perfect for our 3 night stay. The hosts were also very helpful in answering our questions about the bus and ferry service out of Port Angeles. If and when we return to Port Angeles I hope to stay here again. Oh, and I hear they really go all out for Halloween!

After a 4 hour flight and a 3 hour drive we were so ready to get to our destination. We picked Maitland Manor because it’s so close to the ferry to Victoria that we were taking the next day. Great location just blocks from the ferry and city pier. Our room, the Lydia, had a big deck off the back overlooking their yard. The interior was like walking into the perfect, quaint bed and breakfast. They provided every little thing you could ever need, including

What an absolute gem of a find! Clean beautiful and every detail thought of. The breakfasts are outstanding - absolutely five star!!!! ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ The National Olympic park on your doorstep easy access to hurricane ridge, Forks (for the twilight fans) deer park, blue mountain and not too far for the Hoh rain forest. Every detail thought of. Cakes and snacks when you come back from long walks. Drinks in fridge included! Tea and coffee included! We stayed in Lydia suite which has its own entrance and balcony. The bed was so comfortable and perfect rest after long day hiking! All the creature comforts you want like Netflix and prime TV and beautiful communal area with games and stunning fire to cosy up to. Lesley and Alex incredibly Knowledgeable and helpful and super keen to make your stay perfect. From a couple who stay in five star luxury hotels this was a perfect stay for us! Thank you Alex and Sydney and of course the gorgeous dog Gizmo! Xx More

My wife and I spent last weekend at the Maitland Manor B&B. The place is incredibly charming. We had the "Lydia Suite", which has a private entrance and balcony overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The old Tudor style house is in immaculate condition. The front room is cozy and inviting, with lovely artifacts that harken back to a less rushed time. What caught my attention the most was the amazing attention to detail. Little things - the way flowers were arranged on the (amazing) breakfast, the attention given to creating a great cup of coffee, the unexpected treats awaiting us in our room each day. Sidney and Alex are also incredibly gracious hosts. We spent quite a bit of time chatting. They know a lot about the area, and had many excellent suggestions for us. Other reviewers had similar reactions. Yes, it's a B&B. However, it quickly felt more like a family reunion, with welcoming people in a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Strongly recommended for any sort of special family or couples trip to Port Angeles.

I usually stay at chain hotels, but this was a mother/daughter weekend and my daughter chose this inn. I can't begin to say how much better our trip was because of our hosts Sydney and Alex. They have a beautiful Inn and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the Olympic Peninsula. Our room, The Lydia Suite, had its own private entrance and deck at the back of the house. It was lovely to sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. Sydney and Alex made sure we had everything we needed for our day of hiking in Olympic National Park. They also provided information about local restaurants, which did not disappoint. The highlight of the stay (besides chatting with Sydney and Alex) was Sydney's cooking. The cookies at night were yummy and the morning breakfast was amazing! Sydney's Dutch Baby was delightful. And I can't forget to talk about the cleanliness of our suite. It was spotless. The bathroom amenities were generous and I appreciated the Keurig in the room. The bedding was so luxurious that I asked our hosts about it. Thank you Sydney and Alex for helping making our first trip to the Olympic Peninsula a memorable one.

Maitland Manor is a stellar B&B to consider if you're visiting the Port Angeles & Olympic Nat'l Park area. Sydney and Alex are incredible hosts and do their best to make you feel special, covid-safe and comfortable. They can help you plan your activities in the area. The house is beautifully appointed and the amenities they offer are abundant. The bed in the Charles room was very comfortable with microfiber sheets that felt great. They presented us with an incredible breakfast (which we understand is always changing) that included three courses consisting of delicious caprese salad, a homemade pastry and a Monte Cristo sandwich in a flaky croissant with salad. All quality ingredients. Very yummy and served with French press coffee (our preference) and an assortment of milk choices or teas. Maitland Manor is in a great location just under 1 mile from the harbor of Port Angeles overlooking the Straits and Canada in the background. Nice outdoor spaces to relax. Great restaurants are close by, We went to Kokopelli Cafe on the waterfront which offered delicious dishes. We shared grilled shrimp and crab cake dishes. From Maitland Manor it's just minutes to the main road that leads to Hurricane Ridge or Lake Crescent and beyond.

We love our two nights stay at Maitland Manor. Check in was easy and contactless. Pre check in instructions were very helpful, we would have have made dinner reservations if it was for the reminder in the pre check in email. Our only regret is we didn’t have breakfast there the first day due to our hiking schedule. Sidney and Alex packed breakfast for our hiking trip. We had breakfast there the second day and it was sooo good. We had puff pastries with sausage, egg and cheese, smoothie shot and French press coffee. Sidney and Alex were extremely responsive, they responded to our texts within seconds. The room we stayed in is what we expected from a bed and breakfast; intimate, charming and clean. I love the Bee Kind toiletries, they smell great and are natural. We would definitely stay at Maitland Manor when we go to Olympic National Park again, the hospitality of Sidney and Alex is amazing, something you don’t get from staying at an airBnB.
