Nice vacation spot! The pool area looks like a destination resort. Food truck was a nice touch for convenience too! Dj was good and the sun down movie was cute! Be careful if allergic to bees by pool.

We had a great visit. The improvements to Port Royal are very visible. New elevators and the painting going on throughout the complex makes a significant difference in the operation and appearance. In talking with staff, further improvements are already in the works.

It could have been wonderful, but the amenities require updating. Both the interior and exterior walls need painting. The whole property is an eyesore. The kids enjoyed the property slides and being able to walk to the beach.

This facility is in such bad repair, it's literally dangerous in some cases (lower pool algae), a joke (361 "restaurant"), with many items in our room just simply broken. The place is a joke. Go somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed with the portrayal of the property on *******, versus the reality once we arrived. The hotel was hit by the hurricane several years ago and has not been refurnished. 1/3 of the property is uninhabitable with no roofing, exposed structural beams etc. Reception is a trailer. The remaining hotel is in dire need of repair. We left a day early. Hotel refused any sort of refund or compensation. Photos on ******* are of pre-hurricane condition. Do not book!

This place is very outdated. The pool and the beach are awesome. This is the best part of the vacation. But the condo was very outdated. Literally 7 channels to view on TV. You are subjected to whatever the current owner has in the condo. I paid the discounted price and got what I paid for. I would not pay full price.

If you're expecting something fancy, go somewhere else. But we found this place to be perfect for our family. There were ample hot tubs, two heated pools for the kids and four other pool options (not heated) for warm days. A swim up bar, food truck and banquet style restaurant complete the amenities. It's charming and perfectly located to the beach to make it easy for littles to go back and forth. Make sure to stop for groceries before you go over the bridge as it's a good 20 minute drive for food.

We've been to Port Royal for years for spring break. There were usually activities for the kids every day. This trip, they only did one swim in movie day. The hours for the slide were drastically cut from years past. Food is good, swim up bar was great.

Customer service is a zero here. Employee appearance is same as how they interact with guest, horrible. This place has zero pride in hospitality and overall conditions are something they should be ashamed of. Do better
