Ocean's Edge Hotel, Port Aransas,TX

We didn't book this room. We called and let them know it was fraudulent and they still charged my card and would not work with us and told us we would have to call *******. Terrible- working with our bank now to dispute, although they should have helped especially since NO ONE checked in to the room they charged for.

The beds suck super hard thats the negative thing

We had to leave because of noisy people who stay that night in the hotel. We couldn’t sleep all night.

Staff was wonderful, loved the breakfast and appetizers during Happy Hour. Staff in the office were very accommodating and friendly. We will come back.

I am an older adult and would've loved being on first floor. Climbing the stairs was to much for my Sister in law who is 75 and myself. It was a great property just would have been awesome if the property would have been more considerate to older people. We did ask for lower level request denied. For that reason we will not return.

Clean

Desk staff was super nice and very helpful. Room was big and comfortable and had several amenities. The mattress was pretty soft and worn but we managed to have a good night's sleep. Property well lit and in a good location. I wish we could have stayed for the breakfast, but we had an early departure. However, coffee was available at 5a which was greatly appreciated.

It was an convenient location at a great price.

Great customer service, clean room. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were quiet and clean.
