I'd like to just mention off the top that we were happy with the accommodation itself; the Safari Tents were great. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with good amenities. The issue we experienced was with the staff, which I can see has been raised in previous reviews. Apologies for the length but the details are important in providing context of the experience. At the time of our stay, the 'pump park' bike track was closed for repair, though when my wife, her sister, and the 3 kids (aged 4/4/3) went to play in the park, the sign indicating the bike track's closure had fallen down and was not visible (you could only see the back of the sign, it was face-down). The 3 kids were playing on their bikes on the track while my wife and her sister were supervising them, when a male approached them. He had his phone out recording them and was aggressively telling them to leave, accusing them of ripping down their sign and saying "You're putting your kids' lives in danger". He was telling them to hurry up and get out of the park while they were collecting their items to leave. My wife asked if he was filming them and the kids, which he confirmed. At this point and for the rest of the incident, the male had made no effort to identify himself as staff of the holiday park. The male commented "Can't you read signs?", to which my wife replied that the sign wasn't up so they couldn't have known the park was closed. The male aggressively demanded to know where they were staying. When my wife did not respond to his aggressive requests of where she was staying (she told me that she felt unsafe answering him as she wasn't sure he worked there, was maintenance, or was simply another person staying at the park), he accused them of trespassing by being in the bike park. They left, shaken by the confrontation. My wife relayed this story to me immediately after (while my 3-year-old daughter was in tears). After she had told me what happened, I went to the office for a 'please explain' from management. On my arrival, I began to tell the female manager why I was there. I had barely gotten out that I was there in relation to an incident at their bike park, but before I could finish she interrupted, stating that they were "very upset that the kids had ripped off their sign and broken into the park" (note: not one of the kids present are capable of reading their sign, so ripping it off would be nonsensical). I told her that this certainly was not the case, to which she replied that they had CCTV footage of it occurring. I offered to accompany her to view the footage, as I'd be very interested to see our kids ripping down a sign that meant nothing to them since they couldn't read it) but she said that wasn't necessary. She told me that she was particularly upset as this had occurred the night before as well, and that the child they knew had removed their sign that night was also seen in the park earlier on the day of the incident, though she didn't know if that child 'belonge
