The staff's customer service was outstanding! They were beyond helpful with the accommodations we needed. The rooms were very clean and nicely remodeled. The entire hotel is updated and nice. Don't let the door opening to the outside trick you; the area was very safe and well-lit. Also, it was very affordable. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Port Author.

I stayed over Christmas because my son lives down the street. I have a spinal cord injury in my neck so getting around sometimes is difficult. The room was wonderful it had a role in shower. The staff was amazing. The manager was very interested in knowing about what they could do to make the rooms better for handicap people which was so refreshing. Sometimes it's really hard to travel. They stay amazing!

Hotel staff was very kind and accommodated us very well. Breakfast was great!!! Hotel rooms are very modern and up to date. Like most other hotels, there was a few things we noticed in the room like the dirty bathroom door handle but overall it was decent for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great experience! We travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel. Very clean and comfortable! I’ll definitely be returning when i come back!
