The room was clean & comfortable, however the tv remote was missing the batteries so we were not able to watch tv. The LG tv did not have manual controls to turn on. The hotel clerk said she would note that for future customers, however that doesn't help me.

The hotel room was excellent and very big. Beds were good. We had a handicap room with a kitchenette. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room at all. We did mention it, but the staff was unable to fix it. The breakfast was less than expected. Items that were out were not replaced. We would stay again, but plan to fix our own breakfast.

We had a two Queen handicap kitchenette. It was very large and comfortable. Handicap height toilets, bars in the shower. Beds very comfortable.

Checking in was smooth until I noticed I was charged twice. I thought eventually it’ll fall right off. Nope I thought wrong. I called to inquire about the double charge only to go back in forth with the hotel and third party. Although it was a pay later type transaction, which means pay at the hotel. I finally called the hotel for the 3rd time the next day to get an ASM with and attitude as if it was my fault that I was double charged. I’ll never go there again.

The ice storm caused me to seek refuge. Our pipes burst at home. It was relaxing and when I checked in, the Young lady at the desk explained all the comforts, breakfast ànd all emmenities. I will refer to all in need.

I was really impressed on how spacious the room was, and all of the nice features and amenities that came with the room as well a pullout sofa, couch, and ottoman a small table that acted as a dinner table for my family whenever we ate, and the room was very clean, very well lit And just had a really good vibe and the location was prime. It was surrounded by pretty much any food option you wanted shopping options were there and it was quick access to any of that I would highly recommend this location. My only real issue was that our room while awesome was Directly across from the highway so it was fairly loud but nothing some earplugs or AirPods can’t fix again not really ideal but hey, that’s really not a knock on the hotel. That was just the way the cookie crumbled as far as high noise and position of the room but what I do it again oh yeah, that will definitely be the place I stay if I ever go back to Port Arthur.

Very clean and inviting property. Well maintained. Room was spotless as was restroom. Bed was very comfortable with good linens. Great night sleep. Very quiet property. Breakfast was ok, arrive at a half hour before closing, items were out (Hot items) and not replenished. Had cereal and coffee. Pet Peeve- only non-dairy creamer available. No Half & Half.

Arrive before 5:30 pm, enter room and around 6:00 until 11:30 pm all I heard was stomping, running, and jumping. I thought I was below the rec room.

It did not appear the room had been thoroughly cleaned. We found hairs on the pillows, a few tiny particles we had to hand-sweep off the bed sheets and used soap bars left in the shower. Considered going somewhere else but too tired that night to make it an issue. Just passing on the info.....

Enjoyed my visit so much…..the room was spotlessly clean and nice….it would have been very easy to stay for a longer time….the bed was comfortable… very happy!!!! Thank you….

It was close to everything and the kitchen area was all brand new.

The male at the front desk (Black male) was very nice and helpful. The room was clean with lots of options for stay in dining.

It was a nice hotel in a great location! My only complaints are the Keurig machine was broken and the guy told me someone would bring one Saturday morning. I left Saturday morning and when I returned it hadn’t been replaced so I called again and the young lady said they didn’t know where the housekeepers kept the extra ones. There were some noisy people staying upstairs that the office seemed to not be able to control which caused others not to sleep well Saturday night

Very clean and nice rooms. Quiet area and decent parking. Star at the front desk is very nice and helpful! Will stay here whenever I have work in the area.
