Stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites Port August for 1 night recently. Room was comfortable but cleanliness is less than desired, especially in the bathroom where there was a reasonable sized ball of black hair in the shower screen not cleaned away very unhygienic. Also found reception not very helpful with recommendations of where to eat. Price was average. Overall not bad just needs to lift their cleanliness.

I was not happy with the other guests making too much noise and they were like this all night. Found it hard to sleep and no management even bothered to speak to them to keep it down. People like myself come for work from Adelaide and have really big days,and all we want is to come to our accommodation at the end of the day and have a good night sleep. I was unable to do this due to the loud noises by the other guests.

Hello, We have just this afternoon booked into a suite at the Comfort Inn, 3 Loudon Road Port Augusta Australia. The room would be fine if only it was clean ! Have enclosed 4 x photo's, 1 of the ceiling fan shows perhaps a years worth of dust ! But the worst issue is that there are copious amounts cobwebs all over, not sure if the photo's are very clear. Did ask if it was possible to change rooms, but was advised that the others are likely to be the same ! This is our 17th Motel stay in Australia but the only unclean one that you would not want to stay in !

Room was comfortable and had everything needed but the staff member in the office was very rude and unwelcoming. I was ignored for some time then wasn’t greeted with much other than a grunt. I then had issues with the door to my room and went to speak to her about it and felt like a very big inconvenience, instead of offering insight she opened the door and walked away. Very disappointing.
