We stayed 2 times impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff and the owner.the moment I arrived, the team went beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.. helpful to book tour , tickets & all we needed location is the best. You can find all dining options around the corner. Very safe and clean room. Definitely recommend for all feel home there.

Nice clean hotel. Very pleasant staff. The room was clean, a/c worked properly. Good value for money. One minus: there is no lift and we had to bring our baggage ourselves. It is located in the bazaar area, so you can go and buy anything you want.

When the cab stopped in front of the hotel I was a bit surprised as I did not even noticed any sign of a hotel being there. However, it is there, squeezed between not very well maintained buildings, and when you climb the stairs to the entrance there are very kind and pleasant people in a really tidy reception expecting you and taking care of your needs. There are not many rooms, and I did not notice many other guests either. The two breakfasts that we had there were obviously prepared just for us and the food was considerably good, probably something that the family eats too. It seamed to me that it is a family bed and breakfast. There was always somebody in the reception respectfully standing up whenever we were leaving our rooms. The rooms are air conditioned, clean and equipped with everything you need. The wi-fi was free and working most of the time although you shouldn't expect too much considering the speed. The location is in walking distance from the Cellular Jail, although you can always get an auto-rickshaw as the street in front of the hotel is quite busy.

It is very pleasant to live in the Hotel City View. The accommodation is very central at the clock tower. Apart from the fact that the accommodation is very clean, the warm, helpful and caring nature of the hotel manager Naufel and his staff made me feel at home.,
