Hotel Horizon Hues

We stayed there for 5 nights with family. Pros: Value for money. Rooms are good and well maintained. Good wifi network and connection. Bathroom has modern amenities. Located near airport. Transport facilities provided at extra cost. A bike rental facility exists opposite to the hotel. Cons: Breakfast and food is not provided as they have no full fledged kitchen. Very limited food items for breakfast provided on request and extra payment of Rs.150 per person. Swiggy/Zomato is not reliable as many restaurants do not deliver to this place. However there is an excellent roof top restaurant called Hotel Runway Inn nearby where we can have good food. No back up power (generator). This is an issue during frequent power cut at night. The location is a bit like a village and far away from prominent tourist spots like Cellular jail, museum etc. The lady staff are not professionals. No receptionist is available most of the time at the front desk.

Property location is very good. Even the room was very good. I stayed in a 3 bed room with my parents. Stay in the room is very comfortable. Until l need to use the toilet. Toilet was spacious. But water sediment deposition was there. It seems the comode was not brushed for long period. Moreover shower position was not good. Over all toilet is little bit disappointing. There is not lift in the hotel. Luggage carry is a problem. If no hotel staff is there. Reception is not active. No resturant is in the hotel. I paid rs 400 for breakfast to mmt. But i feel the breakfast was not worth it. Not value for money at all stay there.

Good hotel nice room and manager of hotel is very nice and helpful, recommended for solo as well as couples too

It was nice stay. Reception calls was not get entertained immediately. They don’t have their own kitchen even though they are ordering food from another restaurant. They packed breakfast for us but breakfast food quality was not too good.

Hotel location is ok. On the left from the airport. To come to the cellular jail and corbyn cove beach you would have to come again in the route of airport as its on the opposite side. Hotel doesn't have lift and in house kitchen. There is some nearby restaurant, they share their menu card to order food from. You can go out for dinner lunch if you have time as the food provided from that restro was very oily and not that great. Coming to the staff. They were helpful and good. They will check before landing if you need a cab. I didn't like that the utensils provided for coffee and water was dusty. That they should have cleaned before our check in and also the water filled in the bottle was having red ants. They changed and provided clear water after saying. You will get 2 soap and a handwash as toiletries. Overall good. Kettle and tea sachets were provided. One can opt for this hotel.

Decent hotel with decent price but facilities sure very limited which can be improved and they didn't provide basic things like paste which later on they give after asking

Had a pleasant stay at hotel horizon hues. The property is at a very good location, with easy access to shops, eateries, and atms. The property manager was very polite and helpful. Overall, a good stay. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Staff behaviour has been extremely good. They have been very helpful and accommodative.
