Romm was somewhat restored, but the non-restored parts were in poor condition. Bathrub was pealing. TV in the livingroom portion of the suite had the cable torn from the back of the tv, rendering that entire part of the suite useless. Upon reporting it to the fron desk, they stated, huh, we'll put yhat on the list for our maintenance guy. When I stated I need it fixed today, they said sorry, the maintenance guy isn't here until tomorrow. No change of room or discount was offered. It was basically, sucks to be you.

The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The hotel was perfect for our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Many restaurants in area. Easy to get to wherever you need to go. It was clean. Manager went above and beyond for a small situation on our end to make things right!!! Thank you!!!

The room 226 had stains all over the carpet. I had to make sure my 4 year old did not roll over the floor and was wearing slippers at all times. Breakfast was gross. Overall the stay was a 7/10 because the staff was nice.

Room was renovated recently and it's so comfortable and spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy and pillows. Like the pool area and the breakfast was simple but adequate. Would stay again if I'm ever in area.
